Buckley Brown have some great features which I cannot complain about the way they present the properties are second to none and truly better than anywhere else on the market. If you have any queries a good 99% of the time they will get back to you on the same day another great attribute. Amelia and Elisha who I dealt with initially were very good however I did feel I had to chase my sale at certain points. On one occasion they came back to me to say we were waiting on the mortgage offer from my buyer ( 3.5 months) after sale agreed I then pushed back on this as I had a gut feeling something wasn’t right to find out that the buyers mortgage deal had been pulled, so we would not have found out about this without giving the extra push. I think the good service came to an end once the property came to exchange contracts as the sale was handed over to Steph who did not contact us. In the final 3 weeks I just dealt directly with my solicitor and the estate agents on the purchase property who at time actually knew more about the process of my sale than Buckley brown. The service of the purchase property from Bairstoweves was faultless, they have a great small team who were always a pleasure to deal with. If I were to sell a property again these would be my choice of agent.

A long and extensive search for the right house ended with Buckley Brown showing me the house I didn't even know I needed. An incredible property which I wouldn't even have considered without their guidance. Thereafter followed a brilliant service with special thanks to Lisa for going above and beyond. She provided much needed urgency with solicitors who were definitely in the slow lane, making sure that all the ends were tied and the purchase went through on time. Without Buckley Brown I would still be searching in the wilderness. However I am now settling into my new home and looking forward to the future. I can't rate these guys highly enough.

I need to be clear that Steph has been absolutely nothing but 100% amazing from start to finish. The process has been long and pain staking; however Steph was the only person who rang me every couple of weeks to give me an update on where we were. When we had problems with communication from solicitors, she would handle that and come back to me telling what was happening. If it was not for Steph we would not have moved when did. She is nothing but dedicated, professional and committed. I will never be able to thank her enough

Right from the point of our enquiry for the property we have moved into, the whole process of renting has been hassle free. Our move was seamless and everything was completed swiftly. Hollie has been fast to respond to our phone calls and emails - her communication is excellent. Hollie has been professional, helpful and efficient. If Hollie has not been available to take our call, other members of staff have been very helpful. Overall, an outstanding service and we would highly recommend Buckley Brown.

I was really impressed with Buckley Brown, the entire process was simply excellent. From the very first valuation to the completion, the entire team were fantastic. We sold through them but also the house we were buying was through them and they were just brilliant. From the moment John came around to Value our property we knew we'd be in good hands. We had excellent customer service from start to finish! Our sales progresser was Elisha and I honestly cannot praise her enough. This lady went above and beyond to help us with both our sale and our purchase. We had alot of issues with our purchase due to the upward chains solicitors, but Elisha was always on hand, day & night and even on her day off (celebrating her birthday) to keep track of what was happening and fill us in with any updated information that came to light. Our sale and purchase was not straight forward at all. There were many issues throughout the chain, which took many months to resolve. We have to say, that if it was not for Elisha Martin, Sales Progressor at Buckley Brown, updating us and pushing all parties, we would have not known what was happening, and the process would likely have taken even longer. and we would likely have experienced more stresses than we did. During conversation with our Solicitors, for our sale, they expressed, with much praise, Elisha's professionalism. They commented on her determination to support the progress of the sale and her fantastic communication skills; thoughts that we too share. Elisha was kind, calm and professional and would always follow through on what she had advised she was going to do. During the moving day process Elisha provided calm reassurance as there were issues that arose within the chain, putting question to the contracts and completion being met that day. Elisha listened to my melt down and was compassionate. allowing me to offload my stress, again reassuring me that everything would be okay. We really appreciated everything that Elisha did for us and she is definitely a huge asset to Buckley Brown.

Dealt with Tom sorting out a property to rent. He’s been really professional and helpful. Always happy to help when you call. As have all of the Buckley Brown team. We have sold our house with them too and Amelia was so so good and patient with us. Now Rhea is looking after our sale and is equally as diligent and helpful. Rhea Hart managed to navigate a very difficult sale with confidence and professional persistence and determination until the best outcome was achieved for all sellers/buyers/solicitors in the chain. There were also other sale progressors involved when Rhea was not available and as a team they fully supported us and kept us informed at all times. Buckley Brown staff are always professional and they all go the extra mile for their customers. Unfortunately, at times they are on the blunt end of peoples emotions due to the stress the customer is under during the sale.
