Hi 'La Bella Aesthetics UK'/Wendy, I'm sorry that you've felt the need to leave another 1 star review, following that of your linked profile (Chisom, left on 08/08/25), but you've not included any of the factual information around your situation and, unfortunately, have been really quite dishonest. To summarise the issues that we've dealt with/responded to: Car damaged by a bin during a major storm - the car repairs were reimbursed as soon as we received an accurate quote. You had claimed that the car was unsafe to drive from being scratched by a bin, which delayed matters until you were able to obtain a quote. Grievance with a member of staff at site - as previously mentioned, the staff at the development serve the building, it isn't their role to provide a personal printing service or arrange parking for you. Legal action - indeed, you were asked to remove one of your reviews from our lettings office as it has nothing at all to do with the matter and you have never communicated with them. Misleading and untruthful reviews are damaging to businesses and any business owner would take reasonable steps to have them removed. I hope that clarifies our position on your review. GoogleI rented out and then subsequently sold my property through Stevenson Whyte and they were fantastic to deal with. Jennie and Will in particular made everything a seamless, hassle free process and were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Would definitely recommend

GoogleI’ve dealt with 3 management companies in 10 years on my property and Stevenson Whyte have been the best. Our property manager Riley, is very responsive, polite and professional. The only downside I’ve experienced is the amount charged for management packs when selling a property, but I think most management companies charge a lot.

I called for help with getting another key for my building. My landlord was not very helpful and gave me the number for Stevenson Whyte. Riley answered and was very quick to help. A few hours later I had the key sorted and delivered to my house as I was unable to pick it up! Very kind and helpful both over the phone and over emails.

GoogleFantastic service. I was looking to relocate to the area and viewed the property I eventually bought quite a few times. Jennie was very patient and extremely helpful throughout the whole process from the initial viewing to picking up the keys. I would definitely recommend Stevenson Whyte to any potential purchaser. GoogleI have been letting property for more than 30 years and James and his team are the best I have come across. Apart from finding new tenants they have taken the strain out of the change over by organising cleaners and handymen to deal with problems, getting keys cut etc. They have certainly gone the extra mile. I certainly recommend them.

GoogleWe moved to Stevenson Whyte only very recently - this month in fact - but we have found their service excellent even in this short time. Our previous agent had let us down on several, very important issues and in one instance leaving the directors vulnerable to litigation. They never responded to requests from directors, they had to be reminded several times - then complained about the number of emails they received from us!! So it's a relief to find that our new agent responds to emails very promptly and courteously with relevant information. We're looking forward to a productive and successful relationship.

GoogleThese people arent nice nor polite. They say the Properties-' owners dont have time to wait to rent the Properties. This agency doesn't have patience with the costumers and future costumers. They want to do the business in 2days.
