Here's why I had a great experience with SW so far:
The team are very personal and helpful, and I personally met everyone I deal with for my tenancy.
When I moved in, everything seemed pretty transparent and fair: in the past, agencies hid problems only to point them out at the end of the tenancy.
They promptly sent in a contractor when one of the radiators got detached: it was fixed within less than 24 hours, and again, the contractor was very friendly and helpful.

Thanks for leaving a review. Our landlord fees are revised every 2-3 years to remain competitive and also to tackle the ever increasing costs and legislative requirements on our side. We offer an excellent service and a competitive price, including many items at no cost that other agents charge for separately. For your properties, that you manage directly, we've completed a huge amount of work over the years at no charge, which no other agent would have done.
For cost certainty and an inclusive service i'd recommend considering having your property managed by a professional agent.
