I called him last thing on a Saturday afternoon but he was still very attentive and went above and beyond getting it fixed before the bank holiday weekend. GoogleTo Savills Manchester, immediately after the successful sale of my daughter's apartment Apartment 202A Local Blackfriars M3 7FW, I must first of all express my deepest appreciation of the sale team led by an absolutely amazing Associate Director Ryan Griffin, with high quality staff Olivia Nunn and Valentin, such a highly cordial team!! Despite my tenacity in pushing all the way to successful exchange of contract on 23rd August 2024, Ryan and Olivia never give me a word of complaint especially in view of the Seller's solicitor not performing as expected in such a lengthy conveyancing process such mixing up with Seller's and Buyer's solicitor in our emails. Without naming any one here, I should say that if anyone wants to choose an agent or conveyancing solicitor, you must do a thorough Google Review to judge your decision. Otherwise, you may waste a lot of your precious time and money without success at the end in such a harsh market due to mortgage and high interest issues. Once again, let me offer my most sincere appreciation to Ryan, Olivia and Valentin. Much Obliged! Mr Archie Chan, all the way from Hong Kong with my apologies for the poorly written English.

GoogleThe Manchester branch of Savills initially managed a rental property for me then subsequently oversaw its Sale. Throughout the service was excellent. Alastair, Daisy, Katy, Olivia, Ryan and Valentin all played a part at various points, all professional and efficient. They weren’t the cheapest agent, but, as always you get what you pay for. Other agents I approached didn’t return calls and mis quoted legislation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Manchester office for both lettings and sales.

GoogleOriginal post: I’ve had a great experience so far with Savills, friendly, quick and excellent communication from Kirstie, Georgie and Alistair 😊 Edit: I had excellent communication initially from Savills when viewing and placing an offer but since then it’s been very poor - some examples include I wasn’t given clear instructions on how to collect the keys and was left waiting outside on the street for half an hour (the office is very hard to find!), and there are several issues with the flat including a safety issue of a broken kitchen window that I should’ve been informed wasn’t to be opened. This information was not passed onto me despite the landlord saying they informed Savills of these problems.
