GoogleI have had an amazing experience with Kirstie at Savills. I initially inquired regards a property which unfortunately had been offered to someone else. Kirstie was very quick to find me several alternatives and I ended up securing one of her suggestions within a week! She has been so helpful and accessible and has made the whole experience so smooth. I highly recommend her.

GoogleI definitely had a great experience with Savills in my selling process in the past a few months, particularly with Ryan Griffin and Olivia Nunn. They are very helpful in situations where extra communications and negotiations are required to resolve issues, concerns and reach consensus to move each step toward to the completion of the final deal that both sides are acceptable. Very professional group. Highly recommended for anyone needs similar services.

I always hold people/companies to account for how they deal with mistakes not on their mistakes. Wendy has been very helpful in resolving such issues. Great office/company to work with.

GoogleFrom placing the property in the hands of the letting team on day 1 to finding a suitable tenant, the process has been remarkably efficient and satisfactorily executed. Their service is extremely professional, centered on a client's need and with openness. Despite being a large organization, the staff speaks well to each other, ensuring concerns are passed on and resolved, even at inter-departmental levels. Many thanks to Donna, Sam, Kirstie, Euan, Olivia, Alastair of the letting team and Wes of the property maintenance team for their contributions. No issue would be too big or too small to be handled. GoogleMy experience in dealing with Kirstie has been second to none. Me and my partner have been looking at trying to rent an apartment in Manchester over the past few months and have had nothing but poor responsiveness and lack of information from other agents. I could not of had a more opposite experience with Kirstie. Turnaround time for answers was in 10 minutes or less, all questions answered in a detailed manner and easily understood. Even being reassured that the process was in motion when I raised concerns, putting me right back at ease. I could not of had a more easy and simple experience in applying for this rental apartment. If all agents were like Kirstie, I’m sure nobody would ever have issues. 11/10 service, keep being awesome.
