GoogleDonna and the team at Savills, Bridge Road have been looking after my rental property for a number of years now and have always been professional, helpful and friendly. Start and end of tenancies have always gone smoothly, tenants are dealt with respectfully and any issues of maintenance or repair are always sorted out promptly and to everyone’s satisfaction. In an era when everyone is quick to complain I would like to commend them for their exceptional service. Thanks everyone

Jack was so helpful, kind, and flexible throughout the process and I'm super grateful for all of his help! I've managed to have an unfortunately rare excellent experience with finding somewhere to rent :)

Georgina was super helpful at setting up viewings for a few properties that met our conditions and was a breath of fresh air on the phone compared to other estate agents!! Kirstie went absolutely above and beyond with helping our applications and securing us the property which we loved and was so helpful the whole way through, can’t thank you enough!!

GoogleWendy has taken care of the administration of my portfolio for the last 8 years and has done a stellar job. She is meticulous and responsive in (i) following up regularly with items such as service charge, ground rent, etc. to ensure they are paid on time (ii) adjusting invoices such as council tax, utilities, etc. for void periods (iii) rents received were always paid on time and maintenance contractors dealt with promptly. All and all, a great experience - thanks Wendy!

GoogleMe and my partner are moving into a new apartment and the Savills team have made the process so smooth and easy. Georgie helped us find a few options until we found the perfect apartment. She was very friendly, attentive and flexible with her viewing times for us which we really appreciated. Jack and Laetitia have also been amazing during the online application process, being very quick in responses and explaining all the application steps very clearly and letting us know what the next steps are. I would definitely recommend Savills!

GoogleI have privately rented through Savills for the past 4 years. The service I have received from the team has always been great. Daisy in particular has always helped with my queries, responded quickly and given great customer service. I have only had the odd maintenance request, but any that I have had have been sorted within a day or so. I am only moving as I am purchasing a property, but would definitely be recommending Savills to friends. Thank you to the team it's been a really positive experience!

GoogleJust a quick review to say how impressed I was with the service provided by Ryan Griffin in Savill’s Manchester office in securing a genuine and serious cash buyer for my BTL flat in Manchester at a realistic price who proceeded to completion without any issues. From the outset, Savills arranged a number of viewings with clients and helped generate serious interest in the flat. Ryan provided excellent advice in terms of the market conditions and sales strategy, albeit we did need to drop the price before securing a sale, but I feel that the price we eventually achieved was reasonable. Olivia and Valentin in his office were also very helpful during the marketing process.

GoogleFinding a place to live in Manchester has been easily of the hardest things i’ve had to do this year. Olivia has worked so incredibly hard to find us the perfect place, for the past 2 months she’s sent us every possible option. Olivia communicated with us daily for almost 8 weeks and gave us updates on everything keeping us completely in the loop at all times. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would certainly recommend her to everyone!

He responses so fast and help us confirmed the property only in a half day and the property is actually what we are looking for! Besides, he also introduce his colleague Ryan & Kirstie who are also extremely helpful!!! They will follow up everything in detail so well and response immediately. GoogleOne of the best agencies I’ve come across! From booking a viewing to securing a property, every agent I’ve been in contact with so far have been tremendously helpful and friendly. Katy was honest and so supportive during the viewing, and Kirstie was so quick with her responses on every little query I had, there was also someone I spoke to over the phone (sorry I don’t know his name) who was very patient with my poor sense of direction 😅 Overall would definitely recommend 👍🏼
