I had an excellent experience with Jack Meeks at Savills. From our first phone call, he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and even suggested a different property to view that turned out to be a much better fit than the one we’d originally planned to see. At the viewing, Jack was incredibly accommodating. He rearranged things to suit my schedule and arrived early, which I really appreciated. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer every question I had about the property. I’d go as far as saying Jack is one of the best estate agents I’ve worked with. Unlike many agents who simply open the door and let you wander around, Jack walked me through the entire property, pointing out features and facilities I would otherwise have missed. He managed the whole process exceptionally well, keeping me informed at every stage, responding quickly to queries, and even working out of hours to make sure everything stayed on track. Despite a tight turnaround to move in, he guided us through the application and reference checks seamlessly. I genuinely believe Jack played a big part in how quickly we received approval and were able to meet our target start date. Throughout the process, Jack was professional, positive, and proactive. His calm and reassuring approach made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jack to anyone looking for a reliable and highly professional estate agent - a real credit to Savills. Thanks again!

I bought my flat from Savills back in 2019 and have just now sold through them again this year. I'm so glad I went back to the Bridge Street office to sell the flat after 6 happy years there. Great agency, I am glad I have been able to rent through Savills. Right from the viewing stage I felt they were different, they treat potential tenants like human beings unlike many other agencies out there. Georgie and Cameron were helpful and pleasant to deal with, in addition to being professional and serious. I was extremely anxious about the whole process but Kirstie and the tenancy progression team handled the paperwork effectively and everything went well. Donna and the property management team are responsive and have been helping me get things sorted since I moved in. Even their maintenance contractor is a pleasant person. I had been looking for a flat since April and had to deal with flighty, unreliable and some downright callous letting agents. It was frustrating to say the least, and I became very disheartened by it all...Enter Savills. From my first call with Emma, to my viewing with Georgie, I knew this experience was going to be different. I finally felt like I was dealing with real people. When Kirstie entered the picture, it was like the clouds parted and the angels sang. She was warm and friendly, patient and understanding, and very helpful; she kept me updated, and guided me through the process every step of the way. Kirstie provided excellent and professional customer service, but what truly moved me was the genuine human interaction, that made me feel valued and understood. She made this experience truly exceptional and I cannot thank her enough!
