Googlea seamless process from start to finish - all thanks to the amazing Kirstie, who worked tirelessly to get my flat sorted for me in record time. Doing reference checks and the other admin involved in moving into a flat, can be quite tricky whilst working a full time job. However, Kirstie did everything in her power to help me during these phases, made my outstanding tasks easy to understand and was just generally by my side and available whenever i needed her. 5* stars Kirstie, thanks so much.

GoogleHaving recently gone through the letting process with Savills, I must say it was a rather satisfactory experience. From the moment we booked our viewing, Georgie, one of their agents, efficiently guided us through the property. The application process commenced promptly, with the only notable delay occurring during the referencing stage, which is handled by a third party. Once we moved in, I was pleasantly surprised to receive follow-up calls from two different agents inquiring about our settling-in experience and addressing any concerns we had regarding the inventory. It was heartening to see Savills' dedication to ensuring a smooth transition for their tenants specially Any issues we encountered were promptly attended to by Savills, reflecting their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience with Savills' agents, specially Georgie, Kirstie and Sam, has been positive, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to others in search of quality lettings.

GoogleHave been waiting 4 months for our deposit to be returned to us after moving out even though we have agreed a deduction for cleaning and agreed that the flat was left in an acceptable state. They were also sending us emails and texts regarding our move out that were intended for the landlord. In the emails directed to the landlord they stated that the flat had been left in a good condition but in their emails addressed to ourselves they were trying to charge us for various things.

GoogleThe Manchester branch of Savills sold my property so quickly which I never expected. Throughout the service was excellent. Olivia, Ryan and Valentin all played a part at various points, professional and efficient. My previous agent didn’t manage to sale my property for years and with lots of excuses whereas Savills managed to get an offer for me in a week. Really glad I changed agent. Great service and result!

GoogleGenuinely had a really pleasant and swift experience with Savills. I’d been struggling to find accommodation for months and the market for it is unfortunately terrible, from agencies/landlords not replying or being fully booked to properties getting snatched as soon as they’re added. Kirstie from Savills was super helpful and kind to us, supporting us through our application and referencing process. She was also very responsive to text messages/emails and was happy to help over the phone if we needed to call. Would recommend!
