GoogleDuring my time finding a property to rent in Manchester, I dealt with the letting agents, Euan, Kirstie and Sam. All of the agents were incredibly professional and acted in a timely manner to ensure we were in the best situation to secure the property we wanted most. They were prompt and on hand throughout the process and offered their expertise throughout. I am grateful for their help with finding and securing a property and cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleAfter submitting our original offer to let we didn't hear anything for about two weeks, which put us in a difficult position as we were approaching the end of our respective leases, and this left very little time to find another rental property. After following up multiple times we finally got a response, but were told multiple promises (such as a washer/drier installed before moving in, certain damaged furniture being removed) were no longer going to happen. Due to the delays we had no choice but to accept these alterations to our tenency agreement. Essentially we were lied to during showings of the apartment. When we moved in the apartment was dirty, old mattresses, towels, furniture etc was left too. This was all there during viewings, but again Savills agreed to sort this before move in. This never happened. Savills only gave us one key fob to get into the apartment, and when we asked for another they lied and told us they didn't have a second one (even though our landlord assured us he gave them two, and they somehow had another fob to get into the apartment complex to view our flat to prospective buyers after we moved in. We had to purchase an extra fob ourselves and still haven't been reimbursed. Savills also told us the wrong car park space, leading to awkwardness when we had to park in somebody elses soace, and embarrassment when we confronted the owners of the space we thought was ours. 4 months later the mattresses etc still haven't been removed, we dont have working snoke alarms, and after multiple attempts to resolve this Savills still haven't done a thing. They blame the landlord but all of the above is in our tenency agreement as to being sorted before move in, with Savills as the responsible party. I would not recommend Savills, they do the bare minimum and as soon as they've made money from you you won't hear a thing back from them.

GoogleI have lived in properties managed by Savills for over two years now, and have been very impressed with the level of service they have provided. From the very beginning, their service has always been of high quality, and the property manager Donna Philips has always been quick to respond to any queries I have. Savills have always been willing to help with any maintenance issues and often resolved minor maintenance issues on the same day. They have a friendly and professional approach, making the whole experience hassle-free. Overall, I can definitely recommend Savills to anyone looking for a rental property.

GoogleWe found the Savills Letting team in Manchester Bridge Street very friendly and professional. Although they are very busy and at times individually hard to reach, the team seem to steps in for each other and guided us through the letting process and questions and queries regarding Manchester in general and our new home effortlessly. They are a joy to work with and it genuinely has been the best experience with an Estate Agent so far.

I have had an extremely long and complex situation for 4-5 months and they have all been very patient, understanding and gone extremely above and beyond for me and my housemate. GoogleI would like to say how Mr.Euwan walker from Savills is excellent he is above and beyound any estate agent I had delt with. He is extremely helpful. His advise helped us to change our flat form commercial to residential. He is there whenever you need to ask him about anything. He is always helping with everything to get our flat in the market. I cannot say any better words for him.
