We went to collect our keys and sign the tenancy of which was a speedy process and they even let us obtain them earlier than our initial appointment, which was more convenient for us.
When I have emailed the administration team for details such as the meter reads I have recieved them back in a very timely manner and haven't had to chase them up.
Much better agency than my previous one.

They provide an excellent service, providing me with a detailed statement each month. The proof of the excellent service is that in all the years I have had Martin&Co - Manchester Central let out my properties there has not been a day where it hasn't been let out. GoogleThis would be a zero rating if it was possible. The best advice I can give is do NOT rent through this company. I have never experienced worse customer service than I have with Martin & Co Manchester Central. They will tell you everything you want to hear when you are viewing a property and make all the promises under the sun. When it comes to moving in day and they need to deliver on those promises it does not happen. I advised them the earliest I could possibly move in was on the 1st of the month, I was told this was fine. The agent wrongly advised the Landlord that I would move in on the previous day and then asked me if I could possibly move in a day early. Not that moving isn't already stressful enough I had already said I couldn't do any earlier. Then after signing an agreement and an inventory, we realised we were given an inventory for a completely different property. I was then contacted 2 days later to advise they had given me the wrong type of contract and I needed to sign another one. So I went in on my birthday to just get it sorted. I had asked them before I moved in to ask the landlord to remove one of the beds. I was told this wouldn't be an issue at all. When I spoke to the Landlord he had no knowledge of this and had nowhere to put the bed. I contacted the office again and the agent then offered to take the bed which I was relieved about. I was told I'd be contacted in about a week to take it away. 2 months later I still have the bed taking up space I really need. Finally, the last straw was today when I had an important application to send off and needed my tenancy agreement. I called Martin & Co twice asking them to email my agreement to me, as they hadn't bothered to do this 2 months ago after the first mistake. I explained I needed it by 3:30 as I needed to catch the post. Did I receive it? No. So now I have missed my application deadline thanks to this company. I love my apartment, and my landlord is great, but I deeply regret having gone through Martin & Co to get this place.

Having rented property with different agencies over the years, Martin & Co, Central Manchester are easily the worst I've come across by a country mile - and that really is saying something. Please save your money, effort and precious time by AVOIDING them at all cost.

Being forced to chase Martin and Co on 3 occasions regarding simple problems is not acceptable.
