GoogleRude, unprofessional. Asked to speak to the manager and he was not interested and clearly not a professional. I have used these guys to sell a few properties....never again - Manager needs to look for a new job!

GoogleThe worst and most disrespectful agency I have ever seen, they don't respond the calls and emails and in case of any criticism they (Mark) write back with outrage! after seeing the comments here and experiencing them myself decided to stay away from them!

GoogleSo far, so good. This was the first time moving for me, and I was helped along the journey. This is coming to the end of my first week of renting the property and no problems to this date. I cannot compare this to anyone else, but I can't complain either! Thanks Martin&Co

GoogleWorst service of all. The agents are never polite to the tenant. I don't think they are working. They never replied back to the email and sent me any notification before I asked. The service fee is quite expensive which I cannot also understand. As a tenant, AVOID using this agency.

GoogleThis company is awful, they even took the liberty of representation to the council tax without my authorisation. They retained my deposit unlawfully for 2 months, and endless problems with ... they are close to thiefs! of time and money.. avoid them at all costs ...

GoogleWorst letting agent to deal with, my ceiling fell in, I didn’t get a key to my post box for 6 months! And when I left, I demanded my mail and I was then told there was no mail in there...... Staff are useless.

GoogleI relocated from Milnrow to Manchester after selling my house- I sold through Martin & Co and then rented through the city centre office. Would recommend both branches for being very helpful and understanding during a stressful time

GoogleTerrible service. Poor communication. Thieves- taking money from your account without your authorisation. Still waiting to recover £1200 from lost rent even though they had a deposit. Choose someone more professional unless you want to get fleeced
