I own apartments which are let by Leaders and Ciara Ryan is the Property Manager for the apartments. Ciara is always extremely quick to answer my emails, mainly re letting/re-letting of the apartments and maintenance of the apartments. She is always courteous and professional and works quickly and efficiently with the tenants to get things done. I am very happy with the service provided by Ciara from Leaders.

Been with Leaders for about 5 years, any issue I have they have been quick to respond and sort the issue with no problems. Really recommend them, had an issue with a toilet recently and the original maintenance never showed up. Spoke to Rosey at the Manchester branch who sorted it and got new maintenance (Taurus property maintenance who were fantastic) who came and sorted it the next day in about 30mins.

Anam Farooq is definitely the best property manager I have had since renting through Leaders! Any time I have an issue and need to speak with Anam, it is dealt with in the most professional manner. Anam always ensures I am updated regularly which I think is key to keeping tenants happy. When Anam is unavailable, Rosey Turner is always there to assist and is always very polite and helpful. The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The second they have your money you'd be lucky to get anyone to give you the time of day.. AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS. Update: I've just recently checked out of the flat. It was cleaner when I left it than when I got it. (There was a melted ice-cream in one of the drawers in the kitchen when I moved in. Which makes this part even more infuriating) Theyve charged me £360 pounds for the end of tenancy cleaning. A 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat. £360 pounds to clean. What a joke. I have pics of the flat before I moved in and Pics of how I left it for anyone whos interested.

My most recent contact was Michelle Warhurst MARLA, but I've been renting a properly from Leaders since June 2019. I did not give them 5 marks because I have high standards when it comes to communication and emails (running a business consultancy business myself - yes, I know, how pretentious). There were more clerical or communication error/issues when we first moved it, but even the most recent renewal emails had errors such as 'l be £**ENTER AMOUNT** pcm based' and this year is the first year they got my partners name right on the documents the first time round (thanks Michelle!).

Had a good experience with renting from Leaders. There were some delays but that was mainly due to non-availability of the landlord, taking a star off because I had to chase for updates myself.
