Going through the process of renting through Leaders and so far have been blown away by how responsive, efficient, and professional they’ve been. The referencing was super straightforward and easy enough to knock out in a few minutes. And an extra special thanks to Shannon who was absolutely lovely! Very patient with my phone dropping mid call and called back immediately, had all the answers I needed, and because she was nice and thorough in showing more options in the building, me and my partner have now found an apartment that is even better than the one we originally wanted! We’ll be drinking sunset wine on the balcony in no time!

I had a very easy time finding a place which I wanted. The letting agent Mateusz was especially helpful by doing his best to ensure a smooth experience in the letting process. *Update* After moving in, the place was left quite dirty, however the head of property management Kate, was friendly and understanding about the situation. *Double Update* - They dared charge an out of nowhere £200 cleaning fee after leaving the apartment cleaner than it was when we moved in which was originally very dirty with many issues. Heater took over a month to fix, leaving us cold during whole of December. At move in, shower head was broke, blinds broken, some sockets not working had to wait around a month to get those fixed. We only let the place for 6 months xD. Anyway pretty dissatisfied.

I viewed a property with the lovely Shannon was a bonus we had the same name. However she was so nice and friendly she allowed me to view the property twice as my grandma wanted to have a look aswell. She has made the whole process nice and calm for me and exchanged information between myself and the landlord within record time :). Throughout my tenancy, responses to maintenance issues were consistently slow. Problems took far longer than reasonable to be acknowledged or fixed, and chasing for updates became the norm rather than the exception. Customer service overall was poor, and communication often came across as passive aggressive rather than helpful. Messages and emails frequently felt dismissive, which only added to the frustration when trying to resolve genuine issues. Raising complaints didn’t improve matters. There was a clear inability to properly handle or resolve concerns, with little ownership taken and delayed or vague responses throughout. The most concerning part of my experience was at the end of the tenancy. I was issued notice to end the contract just a few days before Christmas. This timing left me with no realistic way to start the house-buying process until weeks later due to office closures and lack of support. The impact this had on my plans and stress levels could easily have been avoided with better communication and consideration. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, poor complaint handling, unprofessional communication, and the way the end of the tenancy was managed means I wouldn’t recommend Leaders based on my experience.

This was my first experience with Leaders in the city. There is always a reservation because you are starting a new relationship with an agent and I was very please with their responsiveness to calls. The customer journey was very good in fact excellent. In fact all touch points with tech and forms but more so initially with Alice who was the first experience of the brand and the company. Cannot emphasise enough that first impressions of a company like this can impact the future interactions and choices. After moving I have several questions and issues and they have been very responsive from sending engineers and tradesmen to having things picked up. And the reporting system is great. Gladly recommend.

Today, I had the pleasure of dealing with Mohammed in the manchester store and what a breath of fresh air, incomparison to the faceless corporate cyborgs who i have unfortunately had to deal with today. Everyone is hiding behind emails and AI screening tools. So I was unable to ask questions. Well done ! You were extremely helpful It's a shame things went wrong when it came to the viewing. Allowing me to drive from Yorkshire to let me know 5 min before the viewing that I am unable to view. Now that's poor.
