Have been dealing with Leaders in Manchester since they took over the accounts on properties I own from a company called Jordans. I have no complaints at all and always sing the praises of the staff. I have properties in other parts of the country where the agents have not been as helpful or happy when having conversations with them. For many years I have been dealing with Michelle Cummings who is an asset to leaders. In the years that I have been dealing with her she is always happy and helpful. Everything she says she is going to do , she does. When there has been problems with my properties that require maintenance Michelle has always kept me updated and I have always found her very professional and courtesy. Awful service. Property managers are constantly ‘on the phone’ to other customers however once you mention a complaint they become available. If you leave a message for them to call you back it will not be returned. Absolutely would not recommend.

this is the worst agent i've ever met in manchester. please do not work with this agent to rent any property. i rented a flat from them in early Apr, when i moved in the flat. i found 80% of the stuffs didnt work. the fridge smells bad, the hob doesnt work. doors cannot be locked. hlaf of the bulbs dont work. all the flat is in a very dark environment. the cabinents' door cannot be closed. all the heaters doesnt work. Both of the beds are broken. Tiles are cracked. Soft smells digusting. After i chased for nearly 3 weeks, they started to work on it. Luckily, after 20 days i moved in the flat, they changed the hob and fridges for me. After i moved in here for 39 days, they changed the bulbs, but till today, the heaters still doesnt work. in all, they work rly slow and the property is rly under very poor condition

I was really unsure what I had got my self into when I first rented this property for a family member. As soon as we moved in, there were just issues with the property one after another. My reaction was that I am going to chase my own tail to get these issues sorted. However, I was taken by surprise when I started to deal with Simon Jones (property manger). Worst estate agents I’ve ever used. Please do not use Leaders. I’d leave no stars if I could. My first experience with them was fine however this year my flatmate moved out and someone else took over her tenancy, since then it’s been nothing but issues. We’ve had to chase Leaders for everything from asking if they need our ID to asking when reference checks can go ahead. We ask questions only to be given multiple answers or wrong answers such as asking if the reference for my rent needed to be changed, been fb told no then being chased for missing payments. The blame is always put on us despite mixed messages and unclear communication. Absolutely useless and never ending issues.

We are currently in the process of buying a house through a different estate agents, and the sale date keeps getting moved back. this has meant that the lease on our property rented through Leaders needed to be extended for an unknown amount of time. Michelle Warhurst in particular has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, being incredibly quick to respond and helping us move onto a rolling contract. We finally got a date to move into our house and so handed in our notice, before some unexpected issues cropped up a few days later. I had a horrible experience within the first few months of my tenancy due to poor management which has since drastically improved. We requested a new property manager due to our poor experience and were put under the care of Simon Jones. Since he has taken over, communication has been much better with regards to communication with our landlord, contractors and updating us on the process throughout. Both my co-tenant and I are very greatful to have a property manager that cares about the experience of the tenant rather than just the financial gain.

Recently moved into student accommodation in Manchester. Had a few problems to begin with such as only having one set of keys. But Leaders sorted out a new lock on my door and ordered me a new mattress. Because the one I was given was massively overused and dirty. They seemed keen on sorting these issues and especially because I had to be elsewhere. Staff are all lovely and try to be very helpful but the general organisation and their online systems are useless. Initially moving in was a pain with everything they kept sending then re-sending to us. Then we kept getting sent new contracts to sign (about 10) even though we had been moved in for months. We also got emails saying we were £700 behind on rent which wasnt true and had to sort out with them

Leaders Limited (289 - 291 Deansgate Manchester M3 4EW) are bunch of Pathological Liars. As a Charity Group, we rented an apartment for our project staff, from Leaders (Deansgate Manchester M3 4EW). Unfortunately, they are unprofessional and unethical. Every communication that came from them were full of deceitful lies. They lie at every little opportunity without any shame. They have refused to return our deposit since November 28, 2019 that we left the property. They also made fraudulent claims for damages that never existed, which they said happened after we moved out of the apartment and they tried to claim it was our fault. They also lied that they reported the damage to the police, but have refused to give us the Police Crime Reference Number. Please, do not have any thing to do with Leaders Limited (289 - 291 Deansgate Manchester M3 4EW).
