I bought a property in Sheffield off plan. The construction took longer than originally quoted but was only delayed by about 6 months. The aftersales team worked hard to help me at completion which comes abruptly as I got 14 days notice to complete.But they were very good and got all my paperwork as I am overseas. It has been rented now for almost 2 years and is very good.All in all I got what I asked for.

Very bad. They recommended me a property for which I put down a deposit. Later on, the developer just decided to renege on the sale and all that KK could say was there was nothing they could do about it and it was out of their control. They then recommended me another unit in the development for which my deposit was transferred to. They assured me the developer will not renege this time .But lighting does strike twice and the developer reneged yet again. Again, all KK would say was too bad, nothing they could do. They would not do anything to help speak to the developer. This is after lawyers were appointed and commenced work and I had prepared funds for the purchase ( I am a foreign investor) . Clearly, they are only interested in pushing a sale and do not do any real due diligence despite all the accolades on their website. To-date, my deposit has not been refunded. They have no decency to lift a finger to help when things go wrong. Very unprofessional conduct. Suggest You stay away from them with a 10 feet pole.

this is a scam firm. nothing but a headache and a loss after dealing with this firm. The photos i was sent are not even similar to the property. stock fotos used to sell a scam. should they try to get in touch with you, run a 1000 miles away and save your money.

Dear Ashvin, We apologise if you believe that you have received a less than satisfactory experience regarding the purchase of a property through Knight Knox. However, in response to this review, we would like to make yourself and other readers aware of the following points: 1. You assert that we are only interested in taking money from clients and then pass people over to third parties to deal with any complaints. This could not be further from the truth and we would like to highlight and clarify a few points. 2. You purchased your property through Knight Knox and our staff have been more than helpful in assisting both yourself and your wife with any queries you have had throughout the purchase process. This assistance has included continued updates and assistance with your mortgage application. We also liaised with the developer and surveyor on your behalf to provide a lot of supporting information and arranging access for valuers to access the property. 3. There were unfortunately construction delays on the project (which falls under the remit of the developer, not the sales agent) but we communicated these delays to you, and both yourself and your wife were in constant telephone communication with our after sales team. 4. Upon completion of the property, you were made aware that the furniture was yet to be installed due to the current COVID-19 situation. It is the developer’s responsibility to ensure that properties are furnished, not Knight Knox, and this was communicated to you on several occasions, as well as the fact that, due to social distancing, the installers were not at work. 5. You have recently been informed by the developer that the furniture installers should be onsite again from Monday 1st June. 6. When purchasing an off-plan property, there will be elements that fall completely under the remit of the developer and we have no control over these issues. We will however always work in the best interest of our clients to ensure that your purchase goes as smoothly as possible. Disgraceful company.I was recommended 3 properties in Thailand that never got built. The "developers" were con artists and it was clear zero due diligence had been done. I lost all my money (as did hundreds others) and the 2000 GBP commission to KnightKnox for the privilege.During the whole sorry episode, KK were unresponsive and eventually told me they were relying on people like who were losing money to give THEM updates since I lived in Singapore and closer to Thailand.Unbelievable...DO NOT TRUST this company to do any basic due diligence on foreign developers.

Having dealt with Knight Knox for the last 4 years I couldn't be happier with their service. I can confidently say they are highly professional, honest and reliable. My only regret is not knowing about them sooner!There are many rogue operators in the off plan UK property market at the moment who will take your money to build but when it comes to paying out the so called guaranteed rent they vanish or delay payments. Knight Knox is certainly not one of those and is in a class of its own. I will have no hesitation in recommending Knight Knox to my friends and family because they are simply the best! Abu

I purchased 19 units through Knight Knox and let me express my frustration and inform every single investor not to deal with this firm as they are nothing but bunch of laiers I have been cheated by encouraging me to buy all these units and was promised that I will get 10% assured income and this will eventually increase by time, but unfortunately this all happens to be nothing but cheating I only get 3% now after the Property Management Teams who are the real thieves they do nothing but take your money. I suggest the Government should be involved to protect investors from Knight Knox and others.

I have never actually met anybody from Knight Knox due to my travel schedule but every interaction I have had with their personnel has been friendly and professional. Any queries I have had were responded to rapidly. The real 'proof of the pudding' where anything customer services related is concerned though is how any organisation manages problems. I am pleased to write that so far I have not experienced anything requiring any corrective action by Knight Knox but I have every confidence that in any such situation you would be well looked after.

GoogleI have fantastic experience with Knight Knox, especially Mr James Morris, he has changed my opinion and impression of Property Consultant, he is extremely helpful, not pushy, always put my interest first, genuine guy. I have recommended many friends to him and they all share the same view as me. He even answer calls and willing to help out of office hours, unbelievable, also all his colleagues like Sophie and co are very supportive too. I will certainly tell everyone about my experience with Knight Knox.

GoogleI am very happy with the service I receive from Knight Knox. First of all the friendly service - All the staff I have dealt with are knowledgeable friendly and professional. A credit to their employer. Secondly - I am of course aware that there are time critical processes involved in buying a property but at no time did I feel pressured into a purchase. And last but not least - I like the complete package aspect of the purchase. Having the building management organised as part of the deal gives me peace of mind that both my property and tenant are being looked after.

GoogleI thought for a long time and did lots of research before investing in property, and that included researching advisors as well as properties. Throughout my research, I found Knight Knox to be really friendly and knowledgeable, not just about their properties, but the sector as a whole. Most importantly for me, they weren't pushy and understood that I was going to take my time before acquiring. When I did enter the market, I then had full confidence in Knight Knox, and they continued to advise and mould my plans with me, listening to my preferences and putting options forward that worked for me. The whole process from building a relationship, working together on acquisitions, and completing the legals has been a pleasure to do. I couldn't recommend Knight Knox highly enough.

GoogleAs a first-time investor in a buy-to-let property using Knight Knox, I have been extremely happy with the service they provided, including all aspects of the buying process and aftercare service available. The outcome has been very good (and exactly as "stated on the tin" so to speak). It has provided me with a very welcome and good return, paid in 3-monthly instalments. Knight Knox have a proven track record within the buy-to-let market and have forged good partnerships with builders, management agencies and legal firms specialising in the area. The staff, from the sales people to the aftercare team, have gone out of their way to be helpful and always made themselves available to answer any of my questions. friendly and professional with a considerable degree of knowledge and expertise.
