GoogleI thought for a long time and did lots of research before investing in property, and that included researching advisors as well as properties.
Throughout my research, I found Knight Knox to be really friendly and knowledgeable, not just about their properties, but the sector as a whole. Most importantly for me, they weren't pushy and understood that I was going to take my time before acquiring.
When I did enter the market, I then had full confidence in Knight Knox, and they continued to advise and mould my plans with me, listening to my preferences and putting options forward that worked for me.
The whole process from building a relationship, working together on acquisitions, and completing the legals has been a pleasure to do.
I couldn't recommend Knight Knox highly enough.
