Dear Norzaini, You purchased a property via our office in 2021. This property completed in May 2021 with a 2- year rental assurance which you have benefitted from. You last contacted Knight Knox in January 2022 as you wanted a valuation of your property. We put you in contact with another party and a valuation was carried out, this showed an uplift in the value since completion. Our office hasn't heard anything further from you since then.
