We moved to Hills when we had to let out our house after our previous estate agent seemed unable to sell our house and we needed a break from the stress of selling. We have let properties before in other areas and had a number of estate agents. Hills have clearly been the best we have experienced and our experience of their letting service was excellent. As a result, we decided to stay with them to sell the property. Again, our experience of Hills has been excellent. We have received constructive comment on the house, had a significant number of viewings over a number of days and very helpful guidance on choosing the final offer we accepted and which completed recently. We bought AND sold our house with Hills... both times they were fantastic! Charlotte Parks is great, she handled our sale really well. We paid an upfront fee for the sale of our house, and it was worth every penny! You would expect paying up front means less motivation from the estate agent, and we needed a quick sale, so I was worried about this. We had around 20 viewings in 2 weeks, and around 4-5 offers. Each viewer was assessed beforehand to make sure they could buy. The only negative was that we felt the 'group' viewings don't work - most offers came from individual viewings. However, we got our asking price, and the buyers were lovely people as well. From price to completion, ourselves, the buyers and Hills worked as a team to make sure the solicitors were kept on top of. No hiccups and 11 weeks later house was completed. We bought our house 3.5 years ago and only wanted to move because of relocating the family. The annoying thing was that the house we bought, the estate agents were AWFUL, and the seller would have paid almost 3 times as much - Hills were worth what we paid and more and couldn't be happier, thank you guys!

I have had a great experience with Hills Residentials, specially Sarah who was looking after our purchase. We had to pull out of the purchase but not due to the agency's fault but it had to do with the vendor being very difficult to deal with. Sarah was very helpful, freindly and professional. She pulled out all stops to get the purchase go through smoothly. She always kept us up to date and always was at hand to answer any queries. A truly magnificient person and the team at Hills Residentials were brilliant, in fact so brilliant that we are viewing another property advertised by them. I would highly recommend them. Very disappointed and confused as I viewed a property 3 weeks ago and made an offer at asking price which I was told had been accepted by vendor and when I'd asked what the procedure was next was advused that there was no " rush as the property was inherited going through probate which would probably take some time ' but yesterday I was told there was another offer on the property and I is now being sold! No explanation and wouldn't disclose why??? Bad communication and extremely upsetting.

Having contacted Hills on numerous occasions, I can state - with indubitable certainly - the team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the minute of registering at the company you are valued as a customer, and given that personal touch which is without question lacking with other local agents. Jack Murray was my point of contact throughout, and I was certainly glad of that. He made sure viewings were arranged at a time convenient for myself, called back when he stated he would, and responded quickly to any other queries or needs I had. Not only did Jack keep to his word (which is a rarity with most Agents, I have had so many bad experiences with others locally) he was always prepared to go that extra mile to help out; conducting late viewings, offered a thorough, detailed explanation of the sale procedure, guiding me through the process, in going above and over with his time, effort, and experience, to name a few examples. As a buyer, if the team are prepared to put in as much effort, care, and attention into ensuring good buyers are regularly kept up to date with new properties, and advancements, I would suggest potential sellers out there give Hills a call. Jack (and the other team members I spoke to) showed a refreshing approach that I can only be grateful for, and praise. With every other Agent it is difficult to see how you aren't just a number; whereas at Hills you're given a personable and premium service throughout. Overall, I would recommend Hills with no hesitation. The professionalism, attention to detail, and care they display to their customers is unprecedented.
