GoogleMy family and I have been letting a property from hills since Dec 2022, during that time we have been upholding tenants, always payed our rent on time, looked after the property and been understanding with hills and the landlord when they decided to list the property on the market and constantly have viewings. I have then decided to move out while my family remains at the property and so needed a reference for my new property. I contacted Rebecca from hills and she refused to fill out this reference despite many emails, I explained to her that this was time sensitive but she still refused to simply provide evidence that I pay my rent on time. Extremely disappointing treatment from them especially given we have been upholding tenants. In the end I had to bypass hills and provided bank statements to my new landlord as referencing.
Dear Osama I am sorry to have received such a disappointing review from you regarding the situation you discussed with Rebecca yesterday. I completely agree, you have been a great tenant, paying your rent on time and looking after the property. In this instance as you are the lead tenant and currently pay the rent the landlord asked us not release a reference until your family that are remaining in the property are processed for affordability. I can understand your frustrations regards this, but I think to give us a 1* review when we are simply following the instructions of the landlord is disappointing and not a reflection of the tenancy to date. Their seemed to be common thread of excellent communication through out the team but the main person who I dealt with was Holly B who I have to say was brilliant , in particular her ability to sort out any queries efficiently and keeping myself and the seller up to date through our the process. Thoroughly appreciative of all her hard work and would definitely recommend their services.

GoogleWe recently bought a property from Hills in Eccles. Charlotte Coleby and her team are truly fantastic. From start to end they were super efficient, professional but also friendly and welcoming. Charlotte is extremely fast in responding to any queries which is incredibly comforting and acts as a great connector between vendor and buyer removing all obstacles. GoogleI would definitely recommend using Hills residential - Salford, We had a nightmare selling with other estate agents and when we got in touch with Hills they just eased the stress of everything especially Dean who was dealing with all our viewings and kept us up to date with everything. Great communication from the team who were all extremely professional and helped resolve any issues that arose quickly and efficiently. Really recommend them as it was easy and simple...well as simple as possible. Even after moving in been very quick with responses via email and I feel like they actually care. GoogleWe were in an extremely tight spot with viewings and our tenancy ending and I can only praise Kelly-Marie for her open communication and doing everything possible to speed our tenancy application along in order to move us in sooner. Our circumstances aligned perfectly in order to move into our house sooner and Kelly-marie managed to support us and keep us updated with regular communication and no radio silence! I have heard positive reviews from colleagues that have bought through hills and look forward to the year ahead.
