Fabulous service and sale with Hills. From my initial call through to my successful house sale, my house was successfully sold within a week. The interaction with the sales team after my valuation appointment with Hollie was informative, honest and put me at ease. The decision to sell wasn’t easy for personal reasons but both Rebecca and Hollie put no pressure on me but instead gave me all my different options. Kirsty the mortgage advisor is absolutely brilliant. She is knowledgable, efficient and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I am so glad I chose Hills over a competitor in my area. I will be using Hills solicitor for my onward purchase once the market dies down and for my present sale. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company who truly put customer service at the heart of all they do. Thank you for making my life so much easier.

We have had such a great experience with Hills. Unfortunately our vendor pulled out last minute and Hills have been amazing at helping us find a new home. Beth has been a massive help to us and always kept us hopeful that we would find somewhere quickly, which we have!! She always replies to emails and calls swiftly which has helped keep us calm and we have had so much confidence in Beth throughout the process. Shout out to Sarah too who helped us put our house on the market and explained clearly what the selling process would entail. We felt in safe hands :)

Excellent service from Hills Estate Agent. Would certainly have no hesitation in using their services again. I dealt with Sarah who initially visited and valued my property and then with Rebecca who was my contact throughout the subsequent process. I found both to be extremely pleasant and very professional. The house viewings were well into double figures within a matter of days and the actual selling price was over and above the asking price. Charlotte and the employees at Hills guided me through my sale with ease. They fully supported me through the most stressful time of my life, helped me navigate the process and understand onward expectations. In my opinion they are worth every penny they charge and they would be my first choice for any sale or purchase in the future. Charlotte specifically was on hand 24x7 during the latter parts of the process, had numerous conversation with solicitors to ensure we could exchange and complete on my sale. Charlotte also went above and beyond in supporting me with my purchase even though this was through a different estate agents - she worked with my contact at that estate agents and had various conversations with my vendors solicitor, as well as mine to help me get to exchange and completion for a purchase where if anything could go wrong it did. I would absolutely recommend the service of Hills and I would personally recommend Charlotte whose support has helped me maintain my composure when the unexpected happened, went over and above the service I was paying for and ultimately helped me achieve my goals. I used Hills in March 2022 to sell a tenanted house in Peel Green. Ryan managed the sale, which was somewhat challenging with a difficult buyer, made more complex by selling with tenants in situ. Ryan was outstanding at keeping me updated, and always gave me honest, professional advice about how to progress the sale, including sometimes replying to e mails in the eve or on his days off. The market appraisal, marketing, negotiating and follwoing through to completeion was outstanding. Ryan, and Hills, are everything that you would want in an agent.

If you are a first buyer choose hills !! I can’t recommend hills enough. Constantly sent me property’s ideal for me and my family and was always really flexible in letting me view house in my dinner time or break time at work. They went above and beyond, left me to explore the property while giving me all the key information. They really went above and beyond. I was registered with 7 estate agents when looking and hills is a level above them all, information on the property 5 star. Viewing the properties 5 star. Contact rate and keeping me up-to date 5 star. Friendliness every time I called 5 star. I’ll go even as far as to say every time I seen a property on right move with hills next to it, it made me 10 percent more interested because of their professionalism. Big shout out to Beth who was an absolute gem to show us round the property’s and also a very friendly agent you can have a laugh with.
