We have recently purchased a property through The Hills and our estate agent Holly Bulka could not of been more helpful. She has been fantastic responding to our queries, going back forth between ourselves and the vendor promptly and making the whole experience as smooth as possible. She is a credit to the team and was always lovely to speak with. When she went on annual leave she went out her way to let us know when she would be off and for how long. The only reason I have not given 5 stars was because it was very difficult to view properties in the beginning, I would repeatedly send queries or email and not get a response until calling. To improve the service I would look to be more accommodating with viewing times as it's very hard to constantly leave work to come to viewings during the day as that is typically all that is offered. The agents are not very flexible and will tell you if you want to see a property theres only one slot on one day. Having a few viewings in the evening or on a Saturday would definitely be a big improvement. Having some indication that the office is hidden inside a hotel/office building would be great, maybe a sign down stairs with the logo and the floor number as it's very difficult to find. Still exceptional service and would recommend Holly and her team to anyone.

We have just sold an inherited property with Hills and I have to say they have gone above and beyond making the whole process easy and stress free. We live over 120 miles away which wasn’t ideal but they organised all viewings and even offered to go and take meter readings for us. We mainly dealt with Elliot who was very helpful giving us regular updates and advice. Hollie Satterthwaite has been an absolute godsend! We’ve had a lot of issues selling the property (personal issues, nothing because of Hills) and she’s been so supportive through the whole process, making sure everything has been done quickly and efficiently. She’s gone out of her way to help take the load off of me considering I’ve got a new baby and she didn’t want to add to my stress. Updates: I got my all deposit back through DPS due to I uploaded enough evidence to prove I did clean and left good condition. So just don’t trust them and insist your rights. My experience with Hills Lettings was extremely frustrating and unfair. Despite leaving the property spotless and having a deep clean done before moving out, they decided to withhold my entire £895 deposit, claiming cleaning expenses. This is completely unjustified and feels like a money-grabbing tactic. Throughout my tenancy, I faced ongoing issues with the backyard. It regularly leaked dirty, oily water, creating a foul smell that made it impossible to enjoy or even open the back door. Despite multiple complaints, they never took proper action to fix this problem. It's disappointing that they neglected such a basic maintenance issue, affecting my quality of life during my stay. I would caution future tenants against renting from Hills letting, as they seem more focused on squeezing money out of tenants rather than ensuring a livable, well-maintained property. Their handling of deposits and maintenance issues reflects poorly on their professionalism and consideration for tenants' rights and comfort."

Bought my house through Hills as a first time buyer and had the worst experience. Holly B was not only rude, she would repeatedly call me daily and whatsapp to tell me the vendors are considering pulling out of the sale if there was no response in the same day. I understand that the agents work for the vendor first as they pay the agents fee, but there is no need to intimidate or harass buyers especially when the process takes time with searches, surveys and renegotiation due to problems identified in the surveys. I can't recommend Hills going forward due to this.

Absolutely outstanding service from hills and Olivia. We were in an urgent rush to find a place and we spoke with Olivia and her customer service was impeccable. She reassure us from day one she could help. After a few hiccups with the first property she never lost faith and promised us she would find us a places we’d love by the date we agreed. All being it was a week away. Safe to say we found a property we absolutely loved it was everything the wanted and needed and more. Olivia and the Lettings team at hills worked incredibly hard to secure the property at such short notice. Which they did. I honestly could recommend Olivia and Hills more.
