I cannot speak more highly in favour of Thywill at Hills Residential Salford. She has made this whole entire process seamless and stress free. Thywill is very experienced and knowledgeable in her field. I had a deadline to meet as l was due to travel in 2 weeks. She had a very good understanding of my objectives and worked closely with me to accomplish it. Although this deadline was extremely tight Thywill gave me the best advice on the presentation of my property and strictly narrowed down several prospective tenants for viewings. Thywill did successfully let my property to excellent tenants and within the timeframe given. Her responsiveness, flexibility and lovely personality has made this stressful process enjoyable. She is an absolute gem and I have been so privileged to have her as my lettings manager. Hills were totally professional and friendly with the sale of my mums house. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. 5 Stars, Outstanding Service from Hills Estate Agents! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Hills Estate Agents, they have been absolutely incredible. After a disappointing 8 weeks with Yopa and very poor service, I made the switch to Hills, and within 2 weeks my house was sold! Ryan has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment we spoke, he took the time to understand my situation and went above and beyond to help, especially in dealing with the mess left by Yopa. He worked tirelessly to get people through the door for viewings and took fantastic photos that really showed off my property properly, a huge difference compared to before. What stood out most was Ryan’s brilliant communication and his willingness to do whatever it took, even outside of his normal working hours. Rubbish service by Hills. They have sold other houses on the estate within a month but haven’t bothered to expedite my house viewings for the past 2 months that I have been working with them. Probably they used my house as a base to sell those other properties on the estate for higher prices. Highly disappointed.
