GoogleSheetal gave me a viewing of a property. She gave me great advice beforehand about putting an offer in, sent the requirements via email before I even viewed the property. Plus, she was an expert on everything about the property and has been so helpful since! It’s really appreciated. Best estate agent I’ve met.

We had fixed timescales which they helped us achieve by managing the chain and solicitors for all parties. Would would highly recommend their services to anyone selling in the city centre.

Laura was very professional and very helpful showing us the apartment and even organized for us a second viewing because we needed to take all the measurement for the furniture. Everything else was arranged by Nicola in a very smart, quick and stress free way. Very professional with prompt response to every query we had. GoogleI'm not normally one for reviews so a bit long winded, but after 12 years of renting in Manchester through various agents (who for the most part have been difficult/sometimes bordering nightmarish), it is a refreshing change to have estate agents who are great! A thanks to Matthew Goodwin has been incredibly professional, responsive and on occasion has helped beyond what was has been expected. He clearly has both tenant and landlord as priorities which is the biggest difference. Genuinely hope this helps people who are worried when looking for a new flat as it is important and a big commitment (the preemptive thoughts of 'will they fix anything, will they steal my deposit' etc). Only reason I am leaving after over 2 years is due to a move in country!

GoogleWe were delighted with the excellent service we received from Alex and his team at Goodwin Fish. They were diligent and attentive managing the complete process from valuation to sale and we ended up selling over the asking price with multiple offers. They were extremely sensitive and knowledgeable, particularly when our sale appeared to stall. I do not think we could have got through to exchange and completion with any other agent. Theirs is a blue chip service that we would highly recommend.

GoogleOUTSTANDING HIGHLY RECOMMEND I used Goodwin Fish to sell my city centre apartment. I have over 20 years’ experience of buying and selling property all over the UK. From the first meeting I was very impressed with their professionalism. Three agents visited my property and Goodwin Fish were the only one that came prepared for the valuation, were knowledgeable about the building, the area and the market. Goodwin Fish called, and met me when they said they would. The photographs of my apartment that were taken for their website / Rightmove etc. and their city centre office window were amazing. Very quickly Goodwin Fish arranged multiple viewings, negotiated on my behalf and achieved an offer I was very happy with. Goodwin Fish handled the sale end to end and I was provided with regular updates. I cannot fault them and will happily use them and recommend them to others. Thank you Alex
