GoogleI had a viewing for a rental property with Sheetal and it was such a positive experience, she was friendly, helpful very knowledgeable about the apartment and went above and beyond to explain the application process. Her communication before and after the viewing was excellent and we really appreciated her help and would based on our experience so far highly recommend this estate agents.

He seemed genuine and presented all the advantages and disadvantages of the flat which made me trust him more. GoogleWe cannot recommend them highly enough and in particular Freya!! From our first phone call to enquire about the Apartment @ The Lock, to the viewing, to the moving in!! We spoke to Freya on the phone initially, she was super friendly and helpful, we then went to view the apartment the next morning where we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome, Freya couldn’t have done any more, she went above and beyond and from viewing to arranging the keys was only 2 working days, their referencing was also super efficient and took only hours for them to confirm we had the good news we had been waiting for!! We must have spoken to every Estate Agent in Manchester and these are the only ones that didn’t rush you on the phone and came across as they had all the time in the world for you!! If you are thinking of renting a property in Manchester then I cannot recommend her highly enough and I guarantee she will exceed all your expectations!! GoogleI bought my Manchester flat in 2013 as a Buy-to-Let investment. Goodwin Fish were the estate agents - and I saw no reason to look for anyone else. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made. Since 2013, Goodwin Fish have been managing the property extremely well, including sorting out any repairs, servicing the boiler, dealing with all the daily issues that can crop up - all while collecting the rent and passing it along to me. When I finally decided to sell the flat, Goodwin Fiah made the process seamless - keeping me updated regularly. GoogleIf you are a tenant, stay away! - As soon as they have your money they forget about you. Even before you move in some of your questions go unanswered. I still don't know if I'm allowed to change energy provider! - The landlords are cruel, tight, unpleasant people who don't care about you and only want their money. E.g. we had mice in our flat (the fault of the tradesmen they use) and the landlord refused to pay for a one night stay in a hotel (£25) despite it being her fault the issue wasn't sorted immediately and a hotel stay was required. Also refused to provide a dining table in a furnished property - not too much to ask when you pay more than £7k upfront!!!! Our landlord was called Rhiannon, if you're interested in a property and she's the landlord - run! - Poor communication - we had an engineer just walk into our flat one Saturday morning because someone at Goodwin Fish had informed him that the flat was empty - this was at least a few days before our move out date. Even on our move out date we had another member of staff from Goodwin Fish come over to say they had viewings planned which they obviously had to reschedule! - Attempted to go against the tenancy agreement multiple times and tried to arrange viewings and visits despite not providing 24 hours notice. - Just an awful company that all tenants should stay away from. 9 months of hell staying in a cold, miserable flat are finally over and moving to a flat managed by Wren Properties is the best decision we ever made.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality

Please be aware that the current Abito studio flat they have listed is owned by an overseas landlord who refuses to address the dire maintenance needs of the flat and will throw you out of your home through a no faults eviction if you request for repairs to be made.
