Expensive but worth it. We just sold our flat through Goodwin Fish and were very pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness. We decided to go for GF because they had intimate knowledge of our building, which has some complications around the lease so some other estate agents rejected us. GF really knew their stuff and made sure the sale went off without a hitch. Their services are expensive compared to others but arguably worth it for someone with the expertise to get the sale through without complication.

3 month post move-in edit: Within a few weeks of moving in to our current flat, we were informed that it was up for sale - something that we're almost certain Goodwin Fish knew beforehand but didn't disclose to us since we wouldn't have otherwise rented the flat. Since then we've had multiple viewings per month which they said they would group together but so far they've all be individual, viewings at the wrong times on a few occasions, and on one occasion they did stop a viewer from disturbing items in drawers and wardrobes. Maintenance is generally alright, and they're responsive with communications, but the overarching deception that's led to this situation is a significant detail. I suspect that has this not been the case, I would've left this review at 5 stars, but unfortunately everything we've experienced so far has dropped it from excellent to just alright. If you know that your rented accommodation isn't going to be put up for sale then moment you move in then, by all means, go for it. If not, maybe find somewhere else. Original review: My fiancée and I have recently rented a flat through Goodwin Fish and I really want fault them. Throughout the process (which, all-in-all, only took a few hours), McKayla helped guide us through the process and was generally instrumental in making it the smoothest transaction with a letting agency we've ever had. We won't be looking to move anytime soon after this move, but if we were then we'd definitely see what Goodwin Fish have to offer.

Please be aware that the current Abito studio flat they have listed in owned by an overseas landlord who refuses to address the dire maintenance needs of the flat and will throw you out of your home through a no faults eviction if you request for repairs to be made. We were left for months with a broken fridge/freezer, broken microwave/oven, broken washing machine, faulty fire alarm, no lights in the only bathroom, broken toilet seat, ongoing leak, water damage, problems with hot water, ect. While the estate agents admitted on the phone that the flat was not in a liveable condition and the landlord was in violation of the contract, they did nothing but ignore our emails for weeks while providing no solutions or compensation. When we raised a formal complaint, instead of doing the needed repairs they then threw us out of our home through a section 21.

I've had my flat let through the Goodwin fish team for nearly 8 years and I've never had an issue. The flat has had problems with leaks or faulty things, but they have handled those for me great.
