I was meant to purchase a property through another agent and that didn't work so I went with Goodwin Fish after and I'm so happy I did. Mega friendly and professional service. You would best avoid this company. Everything was a problem. The mid year reports suggested that nothing was wrong yet on check out there was over £1400 of remedial work. All the defects were labelled by the Property Manager as “wear tear”. Fortunately I didn’t listen and made them claim from the deposit. However true to form the apartment was left in a disgraceful state and the new managing agent had to arrange the cleaning. If you have pride in your apartment I would suggest that you avoid this company.

I went Manchester with my parents two times, once to scout the market and a second time to view properties and make an offer. During this process I met with 6 different real estate agencies, and I can say that Goodwin Fish was by far the most professional and trustworthy agency.
