GoogleVery good and quick maintenance support from Ian . Miguel the estate agent in Deansgate is very helpful and made sure the contract was done as soon as possible for me to renew the tenancy. Nicola is also amazing with the contract and referring process for the new tenant who was moving in with me.

GoogleI’ve been dealing with Alesha these past few weeks as I searched for a home to live in Manchester. I have to say that her service, professionalism and friendly nature went above and beyond all expectations. Moving can be a stressful task, but having Alesha on my side has really eased the pressure. The best thing is, I believe beyond a property agent… I have made a friend. This agency and Alesha have been nothing but amazing to deal with in my rental search so far.

GoogleI was really impressed with these guys - right from the first meeting all the way through. Alex was a greater supporter, calming influence and incredibly professional - keeping me sane every time we hit a bump in the road. What makes them different to others? the team in the office, Alex, Matthew all have the customer in mind, If they say they will do something - they do, if they promise to call you back - they do, if they commit to something - they deliver it. I have been really impressed and strongly recommend them and wish them the best of luck in all they do in the future.

GoogleI have never been happier paying an invoice than that form Goodwin Fish!! Not only did they do a superb job in all the areas which were expected; amazing property brochure and distribution (great photos!), well organised viewings and immediate feedback, follow up of all issues and incredibly proactive (nothing was ever a problem). They were also available to provide advice on any and every aspect of the sale; from recommendations on how to present the property at its best, to answering any other query we might have had. What was expected to be a daunting process turned out to be ridiculously easy, and for this I cannot thank Alessandro enough. Were it not for his time, care and attention, I am sure it would have been a much different story. I will certainly miss his (very few actually) calls, which always left me reassured and with the strongest positive feeling, as well as complete certainty of having chosen the right partner for the process.

GoogleI was given the name of Goodwin Fish after I had a very bad experience with another company who had been dealing with my apartment in Manchester. After having a phone call with Alex who assured me that he would look after my apartment and I would not have the same issues as I had with the previous letting company. He was true to his word. Dealing with not only Alex but the whole team at Goodwin Fish, they made the whole experience very pleasurable. Not only did they have my apartment occupied for the 5 years they also were able to get me very good tenants with a very good rental. Alex was always on the end of the phone when I ever needed any matters taken care of. Having now sold my apartment of which Alex and Goodwin Fish were able to get me a very good price and also recommended the solicitor to oversee the completion everything was completed on time with little fuss. I would highly recommend Alex and all his team at Goodwin Fish and if ever I need a letting company they will be my first phone call.

GoogleTypical dodgy estate agent if you’re a renter. I rented a flat in Springfield court with them for 2 years. With multiple problems. They left us with an out of date fire alarm for the first year which is highly illegal. They left us with a broken oven for 2 years, despite multiple attempts from our end to fix it. We signed the property on the stipulation that the carpets, sofa, and walls would be redone but none of this materialised in 2 years. Then there is the typical estate agent-landlord cabal story where there is systematic and unjust overcharging on our deposit for flaws that were there when we moved in. Avoid at all costs, if you can’t then be very wary about their promises.

GoogleThe reason why I give 1-star is I cant give them ZERO! If you would like to have a comfortable experience for renting somewhere to live, please avoid this agency as they will not answer your email and will try to take your deposit as much as they can after your contract ends. I am just sharing my real experience renting with this agency. After I moved out from the property I rented from this agency, they claimed around 200quid from my deposit including professional clean fee and bulbs replacement which were nonsense. We finally have to go through deposit dispute process on DPS and get all our money back as adjudicator didn't award a single penny to this agency's ridiculous claims. But this long process is just painful and could be avoided.

GoogleThis is possibly the best agency I've had the pleasure to work with - I had a viewing of two flats with McKayla Healey that were organised in the same day I contacted her (about an hour after the call). She's an outstanding professional with amazingly positive energy that was able to answer all of my questions and offer me to have a look at a flat I hadn't even enquired for, but fitted our profile. McKayla gave me invaluable advice on the tenancy application and ensured everything about the process is transparent, smooth and efficient. I definitely recommend her!

Like other reviews, I've had a challenging experience with this company. Despite hiring professional cleaners before moving out, they still claimed cleaning fees. Additionally, they made claims for mattresses, which were overturned by the DPS adjudicator. This service is free of charge and available to anyone facing unwarranted claims. Over time, DPS can monitor the frequency and quality of claims submitted by Goodwin Fish and provide feedback, which should improve their process and hopefully prevent poor submissions in the future.
