Bentley Hurst were very professional and personal when it came to letting my house out. Communication at all stages was prompt and informative and they never forgot about me or I never felt I was being handed to different people as I have had in the past with other estate agents. James, Joe and Charlotte, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from initial first time introduction right through to them getting tenants in the house. At no stage did I feel pressured to drop the rental figure and they never messed around with viewing or appointment times either. This is the first time I’m leaving a review as I don’t normally go out of my way but the service from Bentley Hurst was so good that I had to do it. A special mention to James Favas who wasn’t annoyed and was professional over my haggling over the fees and Joe Roberts who never got tired or impatient with my incessant questioning. They know how to do great business. The best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful agents. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Bentley Hurst not only lived up to but in my opinion exceeded their 5* rating. We researched all the popular letting agents in Manchester to help our son let out his apartment. I first spoke to Jonathan who could not have been more helpful and informative, and he made everything as easy as possible. He offers a bespoke service which in my opinion cannot be beaten. Communication was excellent which is extremely important to me. Together with Charlotte and the rest of the team who could not have been more friendly and professional, Bentley Hurst provides the highest of standards and I would highly recommend.

I recently moved up to Manchester from the South of England and was quite cautious regarding the move. I got in contact with Joe at Bentley Hurst and after numerous conversations he ensured I trusted him with the process, it's safe to say that Joe was able to find a perfect apartment for me and my girlfriend to move into in a fantastic location. Fantastic Estate Agency Service! Bentley Hurst and Jonny were recommended to us by a close friend who had a fantastic selling experience when dealing with Bentley Hurst. I contacted the office and spoke to Jonny and made arrangements for an initial visit where we showed Jonny around our home, Jonny explained how the process worked and how if there was no Sale there was no Fee with Bentley Hurst. We agreed to move forward and Jonny arranged a second appointment to bring the amazing 3D camera out which does a full 3D Walk-though of your property, the results were fantastic, really gives you a sense of the property before deciding to move forward with a viewing. Our house went on the Market on a Tuesday, we had 4 viewings arranged for the Friday and 2 offers were made while they were still viewing the property and as one was for the full asking price which we accepted, so our property sold within 4 days! Overall a absolutely fantastic experience, thought this was going to be more stressful but every aspect was taken care of by Bentley Hurst, we found them very professional and they delivered everything they said they would, the adverts on Rightmove/Zoopla and their own site were spot on, Joe turned up on the Friday to show the guests around our home and he was fantastic, really friendly and encouraged us to get involved if there were any questions or queries. Some estate agents make people curse, But Bentley Hurst turned me to verse, And the praises that follow below, On this company I happily bestow, I wanted to put my flat on sale, So I sent out a speculative email, To agents in the local location, Asking for advice and a quotation, Isabelle was on the ball, Within minutes gave me a call, And arranged to make an estimation, Without any forward obligation, Step forward Jonny with camera and tape, Pictures and floorplan start to take shape, Quickly on the internet these did appear, The 3D walk-through was ever so clear, All done with consideration and care, Towards those who were living there, Everyone's needs are all a little different, So, a listening agent is one heaven sent.

I hadn't heard of Bentley Hurst before but they are in a good location and had the types of properties I was looking for so I approached them. This is the fourth time that I have moved house so have dealt with many estate agents and I can say that this was one of the best experiences I have had. James Favas in particular asked me about my requirements including type of abode, location and even questions surrounding proximity of amenities such as gyms and restaurants. James was attentive and paid close attention to detail, when I decide to move again I will most certainly be back to Bentley Hurst and I hope James Favas is still there!

I was looking to move to Manchester and I heard about this estate agent company through a friend, he could not recommend them enough, so I sent an them over an email to say that I’m looking to buy a house in Manchester (somewhere close to the city). They were very efficient in their reply. Stefanie was so fantastic, she helped me through everything and made the move so easy, she was so kind, professional, quick and just all round amazing. The whole team at Bentley Hurst was Superb. First class service in very difficult circumstances what with the pandemic is..Jonathan managed to secure a sale quickly for a good price.
