I’m a tenant who has been renting via Bentley Hurst for five years now and I’d really like to commend my real estate agent, Natasha Mulenga. As a tenant, what’s important to me is that if there is any issue such as the boiler or shower not working properly, there is a speedy and effective response so that the issue is resolved quickly. I have been very pleased at how professionally problems have been dealt with and feel the concerns of the tenant are listened to not just when first renting but throughout the lease period. I have always found Bentley Hurst to be very pleasant to communicate with and thoroughly recommend them.

I have just moved to Bentley Hurst to let our flat in Sportcity after a long & extremely unsatisfactory with one of the franchised 'nationals'.
