We engaged this agency to sell our property, but it turned out to be a complete waste of time. They claimed to have found buyers, but throughout the process, their follow-up was poor, unclear, and unprofessional. After months of delays and vague responses, they suddenly informed us that the buyers had withdrawn, costing us multiple opportunities. They kept blaming missing documents when we had already submitted everything promptly. Their staff seemed to always be on leave, and whenever we asked about the buyer’s progress or contract signing, they gave excuses instead of real answers, one moment it was “family issues,” the next it was “the buyer is unsure,” the lawyer is not ready to sign because of our lawyer's attitude or even blamed us again for supposed documentation problems or contradictory. The whole process lacked transparency, responsibility, and efficiency. They wasted our valuable time and showed no real intention to resolve problems or act in our best interest. We will never work with them again and strongly advise anyone serious about buying or selling property to think twice before using this agency.

GoogleI have put my flat in Manchester for sale with Bentley Hurst late November 2023 and in late January 2024 I have received an offer, it is amazing how quickly I received an offer that is due to dedicated work put by the team of Bentley Hurst. The team of Joseph, Tegan, Poppy, and James and whose ever is supporting in the shadow, were great in getting the job well done , they have shown a lot of dedication seriousness, focus and care to my case. The communication and support they have shown me is unbelievable despite the fact that I am outside the UK , but I was confident that they will take it personally upon themselves to get the job done , they even helped in sorting out the solicitor part. I could go on and on but words will not serve them right and they deserve a rating of more than 5 , but unfortunately 5 is the max. My greatest appreciation and gratitude to the whole team. GoogleI have dealt with Callum at Bentley and Hurst and he was very honest and knowledgeable - you don't get many agents like that. Also Poppy made the process smooth for me as she is very efficient and replies to emails right away even when she is on annual leave. She also gets things done.

GoogleWe had excellent 5 Star service from the whole team at Bentley Hurst from the initial valuation and professional meeting with Joe Robert’s at the start of the sale of our home and along the way I had many reassuring conversations with Tegan. BUT it was the outstanding support and daily reassurance, through the stressful latter stages of the sale from BEX FAVAS that were truly valued and helped keep my stress levels to the minimum and ensured a smooth completion in the end. She was always at the end of the phone-line to offer advice and reassurance, DAILY, when my patience was low, my inexperience clear.
