GoogleActually, I had a bad experience in Manchester around a month looking for somewhere to rent for a long term through agencies websites. However, I thought to just walk around the city to visit some of the real estate agencies and picked up Bentley Hurst as their rates was excellent then I found out that they’re an experienced with an excellent service and very helpful as I booked the viewing in the same time for next day then everything sorted out and I moved in! I would like to say thank you for Bentley Hurst, all staff and recommended them

GoogleI had appointment yesterday to view a property but nobody came and even no body called. I waited more than 10 minutes. I didn’t receive anything from them about cancellation neither and email or voice message. Worst company! How they are going to manage the property for repair if they dont respect appointments.
Hello 'S' thank you for your review. I believe this is for the appointment you had at 16:00 p.m yesterday. We called you and left a voicemail before the appointment to advise that we were unable to gain access due to a delayed key handover from the current tenant. You also received a cancellation email to notify you and this was all done before the appointment. I am not sure, how else we could've let you know, and with all due respect, it's not our fault that you have not checked your emails or voicemail. We are carrying out viewings on the property on Wednesday next week as advised by my colleague when you called the office. You are more than welcome to come and view then.
