GoogleMy first experience with estate agents and i must say what a delight it was. I was nervous at first and unsure which company to use. After checking reviews i went with Bentley & Hurst. I was contacted by James Favas within 4hrs and i was amazed with the knowledge and input that the manager had. The whole process was a breeze, the professionalism and care shown cannot be faulted. The staff were friendly and in contact at all times. I would highly recommend using this company. I sent an enquiry email and was contacted the same day - an acknowledgement that the established agents failed to do. I was impressed by their very professional approach proving to be knowledgeable, reliable, easy to talk to with excellent communication throughout from all the staff. They went above and beyond and I will be happy to instruct them again in the future. GoogleExceedingly poor communication and service from their property management team. Nearly 4 weeks on from vacating a property and they are still yet to return the deposit on a property that was well maintained and looked after for 5 years.

When Jonny initially came to value the property for rental purposes, he was very professional and there was no 'hard sell'. He clearly knows the rental market. This is a newly established company that genuinely welcomes new business and doesn't take anything for granted.
