GoogleAfter a challenging process of trying to buy within the city centre, I was able to come to an agreement and had an offer accepted through BH. I have had numerous issues with other agents over the course of many viewings, but Joe who I dealt with was excellent, very calm, relaxed and upfront which was refreshing.

GoogleI was just about to put our property on the market with another agent and came across Bentley Hurst by chance, as they aren't one of the local agents. They were selling a similar property on the estate for much more than I'd been advised to list mine at with the local agent. I contacted James who came out the next day to do valuation and ended up listing with Bentley Hurst. Great service from photos to advert. We had an open house on one day for viewings and sold it for much more than the local agent said I would get for it. Was a pleasure dealing with James through the sale, can't fault the service. He's a busy guy but always found time to call me back with any queries I had. Highly recommend, don't just stick to your local agents as clearly, they don't always know what's best.
