I just got my keys :):) I can't be happier with the service I received from this branch. Sent an enquiry via Rightmove and Steve was available same day to ensure I saw the house I was interested in and held my hand throughout the process. Communication was on point, I didn't have to chase for any updates and the whole team kept me involved. Dan and Tina also made sure the process with the solicitors and seller was smooth once that was in process. I can't recommend them enough.Thanks everyone for the service and the new home pack.

We decided to sell our house through Wards after having a number of estate agents visit and price our property. By far, Holly was the most professional, down to earth and informative of the estate agents, so it was an easy decision to make. Our chain was not the easiest or straightforward, but the support from everyone at Wards, and especially Caleb who made it his mission to ensure our move went smoothly, was very much appreciated. Without his continued chasing of solicitors and other parts of the chain, his advice and reassurance when things didn’t seem to be moving forward, and his enthusiasm and positivity to keep us believing we were doing the right thing, was very much needed. Wards is the best agency I have been in contact with so far. They are so swift and fast with their response especially Abigail who was very proactive and responsive to my application even on phone calls and mails and I moved into my new home without much hassle within two weeks. The reception I got when I went for the keys collection was welcoming and all the files for the property and keys well packaged in a customised envelop and every concern explained in detail by Abigail. I am extremely happy with the customer service I’ve received from Abi Cantrell at Wards. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be in the position I am now with a property to stay in. She replied to emails fast and throughly was always available to speak to regarding any help I needed. She’s so nice and down to earth and always smiling. We were served with a section 21 no fault eviction notice. I phoned up Wards regarding a property that i saw advertised, and a lovely lady called Jade dealt with my phone call. She was very honest about the property I was interested in viewing, telling me that the landlord was looking to sell this property in the future. After taking all my details, she informed me of a property that was just about to come onto the rental market. We were interested but wouldn't be able to view for a couple of weeks as we were going on holiday. After an hour of getting off of the phone, Jade called me back to say the landlord had dropped in the keys, and we were able to arrange a viewing for that afternoon.
