Monika was incredibly helpful

Monika was incredibly helpful she was patient and knowledgeable. She had excellent advice and really listened to what we was looking for. She went above and beyond and found a property for us at a different wards branch that ticked all the boxes. I had a bad opinion of wards until meeting her and she change my opinion, so much so that she actually gained additional bussiness as i advised a family member to use wards to sell his property.

Professional with Excellent Communication

Recently purchased a period property through Wards of Ramsgate. The service I received was excellent, the staff were professional and friendly. Communication was first rate, even if I had to leave a message it was always acted on and Amanda Robinson (not in the Ramsgate office) would follow through with a call and speedy assistance. A shout out to James from the Ramsgate branch, he was an absolute super star! So helpful and accommodating, very professional with great communication skills. This was so appreciated as I was moving to a completely new county and area.

I have been renting a property from…Wards Lettings of Kent

I have been renting a property from Wards Lettings for the last 3 and a half years. They are diligent and obliging along with being so professional, in so many ways. I highly recommend them. Over these years, whenever I've had to make telephone calls, the person I've spoken to has been kind, charming and listens, responding in a friendly, satisfying manner. I enjoy speaking to Emmet when I pay my rent, via telephone. Also Will. The staff I've met, in person, including, Tammy and Laura has been a pleasure, both of whom, have treated me in a friendly, caring & personable manner. Sadly, I have to re-locate, due to commute distance. Finally....such a huge mention of respect to Billy Flynn...this Man has showed me such respect, he listens, reacts in an amiable, friendly manner, so rare these days. Billy is such a warm-hearted Gentleman...."Nuff Respect" Sir. I had a problem.. never have I experienced such a compassionate response in a business capacity. He listens and responds so reassuringly. It’s been a journey! Gary had been very supportive of seeing this process through which has been a long one, couple of times wanted to take it off the market but persuaded me to keep it on! My partner and I have just began the process of buying our first property and I honestly cannot fault all the members of staff who have handled our situation. A special mention to Steven sharpe who has been so attentive and productive, sending us houses that match our budget and preferences. We also had a viewing on the property we bought with Tom, who was friendly and completely honest in what the surrounding area was like. He was massively helpful in terms of other viewing we had and compared roads and houses for us to weigh up ur best options. Wards have genuinely been incredible as we were told horror stories of estate agents selling you houses for their benefit and not being open and honest about the houses but we can honestly say that Wards have been completely transparent and supportive through our whole journey. When I first called Wards I engaged with a letting agent named Abigail. I was into somewhat unique position as I was moving to the Maidstone area from the United States and was having a hard time finding any letting agents who were willing to work with me. Abi gave me lots of good information and stated that she was willing to work with me however I did need to appear in person to do my right to rent which no other letting agent had informed me would need to be done. Within 36 hours I boarded a plane from Florida to Maidstone. By the time I arrived Abi had several properties lined up for me to look at both inside and in neighboring villages around Maidstone. She took it upon herself to put me in the back of her car and drive me around a good portion of the day to all the properties to try and find one that would best fit my family. Through the entire process she answered all of my questions extremely thoroughly and was patient considering I was new to renting a house in the United Kingdom. By the end of the day she helped me find a beautiful three bedroom in the village of Headcorn. After she verified my right to rent she stayed in regular contact with me ensuring that the entire letting process went smoothly and everything was prepared for my family to arrive at the end of October. Without her help I would not have been able to do this. I will be eternally grateful to Abigail for all the help she provided and I highly recommend anyone work with her to find a home for yourself and your family. Thank you Abi!

I've recently bought through Wards, there was pressure to use their Mortgage broker and their solicitors, a lot of pressure and most of the agents I spoke to we're quite insistent. However, when I spoke to Steven it was totally different, he asked who I was using and understood my reasons, if it wasn't for him I'd have given up and found somewhere else. He helped me through all the ups and downs and was there to hand me the keys on the final day! If you can make it through all the hassle, it's worth it!

They kept us updated they chased for updates and information about the chain and pushed to get it across the line. They have always been an efficient and business-like agency. We trust them. Recently, we had to sell a second house in the village of New Ash Green that we were renting-out for over a decade. Urgent release of tenancy deposit required

I have tenants who are experiencing financial hardship and who are moving out of one property I own into another. This required releasing the deposit on the first property to make it available for the second. It transpired that the release request had been sent to the wrong email address and this was the reason for them not having received it. With only 3 days until they moved into the new property and need the deposit, we called to see if we could chase it up. I spoke to Sangeetha who quickly grasped the problem and contacted both her accounts team, the tenant and myself and managed to quickly resolve the issue and get the deposit to the tenants on time. We are all very grateful to her and thank her for her speed and professionalism.
