Wards made selling my house an incredibly smooth transition. In particular, Honi and Maria were exceptional, warm, engaging, and truly understanding of my situation. They were always available for both big and small questions, and I genuinely valued their support throughout. I couldn’t have done it without their calm, caring approach. GoogleI had a bad experience with an Estate Agents in Maidstone, I then went to Wards where I found them all to be so professional, they helped me get a contractor in to do my flat up, after it had been wrecked, Starlight Property Maintenance, were brilliant, Erica and Molly were really helpful, but Abi in particular, she took control of my file got the contract that was best for me and a tenant for my flat, she was brilliant I cannot thanks Wards enough, if you want a quality service I would not go anywhere else

GoogleI started using wards only last week Aj had booked me in last minute for a viewing as I had so many estate agencies let me down and had such little time to vacate my property. Abigail had informed me what was needed every step Of the way I did not have to chase or enquire once! I truly believe this is the best agency and will be using Wards going forwards. GoogleWe cannot praise the experience that we had of Wards Maidstone highly enough. From sales falling through to the discovery that the inherited property we were selling was virtually unsellable Wards never gave up and never let us down. Mark and the team in the Branch were so approachable and helpful professional to end. Tina our sales progresser was absolutely fantastic. She worked so hard to help us and our buyer get the sale over the line. I was always kept up to date and I always felt that Wards as a whole wanted the best outcome for us. Tina was so friendly, understanding and most importantly calm. I really don't think another agent could have got this sale done. I think it's fair to say that as Wards Maidstone got our sale completed that they can probably get any property sold!

GoogleCompletely useless Ended up chasing for 3 weeks via phone calls with the kings hill and Maidstone branches as a prospective new landlord Finally, after weeks of chasing for their management terms, I got emailed a generic email asking me a load of irrelevant stuff (a tenant application email!) Replied saying I wanted terms for letting Got emailed them back They were incredibly high so emailed back to see if negotiation was possible. No reply Absolute shambles If this is the way you work with prospective landlords all I can say is steer clear!

Steve Sharpe in particular has been particularly helpful - his communication has been outstanding and his efforts to find me a new house (letting me know when new properties hit the market and organising viewing appointments in a very timely manner) and sell my flat (ringing me to let me know how viewings have gone straight after) have been very much appreciated. It was his efforts that led me to recommend Wards to both family (my parents opted to used Wards to sell their property, and were as impressed with Lola Bibby’s initial presentations as I was) and friends. I couldn’t recommend Steve and Wards more highly.

It was a pleasure to work with Maidstone Wards, most notably, Tom, Steve, Conor and Peter. They were all on hand any time i needed them, kept me up to date with market reports, updates, in person meetings, finances, mortgage options etc. Their knowledge and help were second to none. And I will be definitely be returning once I am in position to put my house on the market.

GoogleSteve was excellent, kept us updated on all the aspects of the process that the agency took part on and was always available to discuss and help with everything we needed. Richard also helped on the process of the purchase and was great, even though we communicated more with Steve. The only reason why I am leaving a 4-star review is because we were told the heating of the house was gas, it turns out it is energy. That would not have made us not buy the house, as there is gas in the house and the heating system can be changed; however it would have been better if the agent had a more accurate answer when presenting the house. Other that that, great service, would recommend!

GoogleI recently used Wards in Maidstone to sell a property. They were fantastic from start to finish. Daniel and the team were proactive with marketing the property, finding potential buyers - not easy in today's climate - and following up and sorting out the serious from the time wasters. No enquiry or request from my side was too much for them to manage and their general level of responsiveness was terrific and greatly appreciated. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property through that team.
