I’ll try my best to make this as brief as possible, however the journey we have been through feels like a never ending nightmare. Me and my fiancé was accepted on our first home back in November 2024. We couldn’t be more proud of ourselves for managing to buy a house in this current climate, and still be in our early-mid 20s.

GoogleWe have been looking for our first home since June and have been in contact with Wards Maidstone throughout. They have been of amazing help, very professional and friendly. We have lots of contact with Joanne and Holly who are absolutely lovely. But not to forget that everyone we have spoken to have been so nice so would highly recommend. We are using their recommended solicitors which was the best quote we have been given and so far seem very friendly. We are also using their recommended advisor Pete as our previous broker was not very helpful. All round great service. GoogleSince being quick to list and get suitable renters in, their property management has been sub par, especially for the 12.5% they charge. Inaccurate and poorly timed information has resulted on small jobs resulting now in major work and their inability to carry out simple jobs (like Googling a Phone Number) means that I am relying on family members to cover their poor service. Update - sub optimal support has meant that 2*s have become 1* and am currently investigating support from the Financial Ombudsman due to their negligence. I would recommend all who are considering using Wards to avoid at all costs.

Having been unsuccessful with another estate agent, Dan @ Wards took over and within 2 days, we received two offers, one which we accepted. Throughout the process, Dan provided a professional, friendly and courteous service, ably supported by Jo and Tina, if he wasn't available. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wards, to any potential seller...they're very good and deserve their reputation.
