GoogleNice as pie prior to any contractual agreements.... Once money handed over they took no notice of any concerns or issues raised. Any attempts to chase matters up are communicated in a rude and unprofessional manner. Paid over £400 fees to move into a rented property, 4 months later asked to move out as owner wanted to sell property (fair enough.. at least I thought). Find out after I moved out they had the property back up for rent... More fees for Seeekers! Beware!

These are the worst people to deal with. WILLIAM GREENWOOD is an absolute scam artist, unresponsive and irresponsible. He has lied to us on multiple occassions and is inconsistent at getting back to us and has tried to over charge us for our deposit. Horrible letting agents, AVOID. The only good part about this company is Leanne, the phone operator. She deserves a raise

GoogleFrom start to finish the service they provided cannot be faulted. They did everything to make sure we moved in without a hitch. Special mention to Kym who was instrumental in making it all possible. And thank you Zoe for the gift, a nice touch.

Worst student letting service in Newcastle wouldn’t pay back our deposit and tried to charge us £1200 for ‘redecoration’ eventually got most the deposit back via TDS 6 months later, use any other company these are the worst scammers.

GoogleWe have found as a Contractor the communication between us and the maintenance team is amazing. Communication in our field of work is important and we have had no troubles or anything go wrong in the time we have been working with Seekers. If they are this efficient with us I can only expect them to be efficient with tenant and Landlord. We enjoy having Seekers as a customer and Laura, Sam and Garry have been great to work with and we will enjoy working with them for hopefully a long time. I rented a property off of seekers for over 2 years, when my renewal if my tenancy came up I was told by there office unfortunately over the phone that my contract would be extended as I couldn't get to their office as it was closed due to covid lock down. Nothing else was ever said until I gave my notice to leave. They didn't extend my contract they had changed it with out me knowing or even being in my contract that they could do this.. yes it is there for their protection and yours but a good bus would tell you and even send you the details of contract. When I left and they had the keys they took me to dispute for more money then when they had the keys back no communication at all apart from to ask for money. When they did the check out snag they were more at depth then their move in inventory and even the additional items I stated was not on there.

We truly appreciate your time and fantastic attitude towards your clients, how refreshing to be treated like your needs and your business is important and to not be rushed. I wish I had read the reviews first . Paid my money up front to sell my home 2 months ago and not a single view or call . The only time the company call you is when you keep asking if there is any interest and all you get is yes we had plenty . This company takes your money and don’t deliver . Don’t do it

GoogleWe had an awful experience with them. The member and management of Seekers Maidstone have no professionalism and customer service Values. They treat people harsh and wrongfully more importantly they have no integrity and are not trustworthy. They overcharge people wrongfully without thinking about the consequence of customer service. To conclude I must say Seekers is a horrible organisation and it will be in the best interest for the people to avoid them.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleShocking treatment as a tenant. They were unreliable, didn't turn up for property checks and then again failed to turn up when rearranged leaving me wasting my time sitting around for them. Were bullying in respect of viewings at a property I was moving out of, telling me I had to allow access whether I liked it or not which is actually against tenants rights. Attempted to convince me I had to pay fees which have been made illegal by government laws introduced a year ago. Overall abysmal from my perspective and I would actively avoid a property in future that they were dealing with.

GoogleThis “agency” is an absolute joke! we have been waiting for our deposit over 3 months and have to ask TDS to get it back for us! they tried to take money from our deposit to clean property but was perfectly cleaned, even better than when we moved in. Very rude, unprofessional and ignorant. They not even open door for me ( i was with pushchair and 2 year old), staff just checking their phones. That’s incredible! They just don’t care, not asking for emails , not communication whatsoever. After we get upset with them, we’ve been told that we are rude! So enjoy guys, you don’t even deserve for one star!
