GoogleWorst experience I’ve ever had dealing with an estate agent. Was not even allowed to view a property i was interested in. I spoke with someone called Zoe, she was extremely unprofessional and rude on the phone. I was told to call back next week check if the property is still available. Was not helpful whatsoever. Please avoid at all cost!

GoogleWe bought our home through Seekers and we just can’t fault them. Zoe P maintained good communication with us throughout, she was friendly and professional and quick to respond to any queries we had. The other ladies I spoke to and met were also just as friendly. Nigel Harvey called my friend an ars*hole. He turned up at my rental without an appointment and wearing no PPE and because my friend was showing in a new tenant for me as I was shielding it wasn't convenient. He launched into a tirade of abuse and said "What are you going to do? Hit me?" and then pretended to film him. I think Mr Harvey needs psychiatric help. Horrible "man".

GoogleA lady called Victoria @ Seekers Maidstone helped me with a property I really wanted. She always showed up on time and replied to all my e-mails. After I moved in, she showed me how all the appliances worked, and she didn't need to. I will give the experience a 10 out 10. Gerry

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We’ve had a damp problem at 32b Claremont place since we moved in august 2022. After a year of complaining and 0 help or care from Walton Robinson/ seekers, the roof has finally give way and fallen through.

In particular, I have been dealing with Zoe Gearing the Assistant Branch Manager who is not only kind, thoughtful & approachable but highly efficient, trustworthy & reliable in dealing with all matters promptly & in the correct manner. I would highly recommend Seekers to anyone wishing to use their range of services.

GoogleNever trust the agents from Seekers. They'll tell you something and do something else. No communication between the staff, no team work or anything. Very very frustrating. What if that's the experience I had from the Manager itself. And the excuses they give, you would feel like ............... And they will say you are lying to cover themselves also. Such a disgusting experience. That too even after living in one of there property for 2.5 years.

GoogleWe've rented for years with various estate agents and by far seekers are the worse! Very bad all round! Very unprofessional service felt like we was educating them! Never contact you back and laugh at serious situations! Very rude! Always new staff so things are just ignored and blamed on old staff leaving so matters don't get solved, So quick to take your money and run, avoid! Look at there reviews, youve been warned ...

I would never use this company again !! So unprofessional!!! I do not recommend on any means I think the manager should put herself & her immature staff on a customer service Trainjng course !!! 😡😡😡
