GoogleWhen I walked into the office it felt like I walked into a witches cauldron, one of the members of staff sniggered at me like a child , I immediately felt intimidated!! I would never use this company again !! So unprofessional!!! I do not recommend on any means I think the manager should put herself & her immature staff on a customer service Trainjng course !!! 😡😡😡

I have found them to be Fair, Professional and most of all reliable to all that use their services. GoogleAwful. Visited our property countless times to record issues. Told us they hate our landlady. Then evict us, support the landlady and try to claim a massive fee against us. Will likely end in court. Would avoid seekers like the plague. Useless.

GoogleAbsolutely awful, unprofessional and incompetent. Very lucky to have dodged a bullet not going with them - do yourselves a favour and use literally any other agency. I dealt with the owner Nigel Harvey, which you would think would be the best experience, but it's the worst behaviour I've ever seen from any agency / person working for one. A total disgrace.

She keeps me regularly updated with inspection reports and notifies me if there are any issues or concerns that I need to address as a landlord. GoogleSeekers completed on the sale of a flat for me today! They valued and marketed the property in Gillingham, undertook viewings and achieved and offer which I accepted. They have kept in constant touch all the way through. I have been very favourably impressed with their service (and their fees!) and would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleCalled the lettings to ask about availabilities of the properties and got super rude answers topped with arrogance and coldness. Definitely would not recommend this company for anyone. Very disappointed. Train your staff how to speak with people. Rude.

GoogleAs a Landlord I appreciate competent and professional people that not only does a job but does it efficiently, which I can say Sam does very well. I reported the problem in the afternoon and by the following lunchtime the issue had been looked at and repaired. Excellent service.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
