GoogleAgent never showed up to our property viewing. When we phoned the office they said they didn’t know why she wasn’t there. Waited 45 minutes, no apology or offer of someone else to come.

GoogleVery unprofessional, I have never seen something like this before. They didn't show up twice for the house viewing. The worst agency in maidstone. Do not loose your time booking appointments with them.

GoogleDO NOT RENT PROPERTY FROM THIS ESTATE AGENT. Staff are so unhelpful, don't keep up to date with any paper work or correspondence but still want your money. Mickey mouse firm.

GoogleThe fees are extortionate and I've been waiting three years to get issues with my property fixed. Whoever wrights their letters to residents needs English lessons as they come across as rude and demanding.

GoogleAbsolutely unresponsable agency, tried to attend 2 times for viewing but nobody turn up and of course I'm not gonna try third one. Service is awful.

GoogleA couple of hiccups getting the initial viewing sorted, but then very helpful and efficient. Dealt primarily with Amber, who was very helpful, professional, and communicative.

Google5* - what can I say? We've been with Seekers for +10 years now and they have been fantastic. No plans on ever moving. Stress-free and professional team :)
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
