Wasted £600 plus on this company, no help whatsoever, we found the manager unhelpfull feel he was just out to get your money. Telephoned about an enquiry today and spoke to Zoe who was very rude and also unhelpful, i would not advise anyone to use this company

GoogleNigel and his team have been great throughout the sale of our property. Although the market has been difficult, they remained enthusiastic and professional about finding a buyer and seeing the process through. Their recommendation of a conveyancing firm (Burtons) has been invaluable. Although more widely known for rental management, they definitely have the local knowledge on sales too.

Unable to get through to the agent. Phone constantly engaged. My son and his 7 flat mates have been without a washer for over a week. Fridge broken sent a second hand dirty mould one in replace. Heating broken and no hot water, all in week. Dissatisfied with the response from this company. My son has run out of clean clothes, no care, urgency. Reluctantly giving one star. Total contrast to other student letting agent dealt with who carry out their responsibilities as required.

Trustpilotmy daughter rented a house with this…
my daughter rented a house with this company and paid over a £2000 deposit. When the tenancy ended the company charged a large cleaning bill even though the property had been cleaned and hoovered out to a good standard. The landlord charged this bill even though 12 days later the builders were in the house totally refurbishing the full house. I questioned and appealed this bill but they would not listen. I even had photos of the cleaned rooms and all the builders rubbish pilled outside 12 days later after the invoice ! I would not recommend using this company.

GoogleIf i could give 0 stars, that's what this company deserve. Very rude, arrogant and staff members are incompetent. Worst company i have ever dealt with. I can understand why the staff are this way since the company director Nigel Harvey is incompetent and lacks 0 customer service. I WOULD ADVISE ANY POTENTIAL LANDLORD TO STAY AWAY.

As a widow and going through the process of renting out my property for the first time both ladies have been ..supportive, informative and nothing was too much bother. Their professionalise and attention to detail was very reassuring and they made what could have been a very stressful time seamless….. a BIG thank you from a very satisfied customer.

Do NOT pay money to this company. I paid £500 to get a reduced final commission payable on a sale of my mobile home but had not one single potential buyer over 4 months. Lots from two other companies though so I assume that - apart from posting it on their website - no effort at all was made to sell. I chased them and was rudely told this was because it was priced too high - they agreed the advertised price. Even after I dropped the price by £15k however still no appointments were made. No one ever contacted me either.

GoogleVery Professional and efficient company, always a pleasure to speak to. Lizzie is always on top of things. Do not listen to the bad reviews, in this business sometimes there is a time to be strong/ firm, this should give landlords a better reassurance.
