GoogleFirstly, I would of liked to rate a half star but google would not let me. Absolutely disgraceful, as a first time renter my partner and I have been saving up for months now. We paid our deposit in time, despite them knowing our full criteria they said everything would be alright. They led us on to then fail one of our references, keeping the full amount of our deposit. When we contacted our work places, their referencing company hadn't even rang them to check or verify anything! The home we were planning on renting was titled "Perfect Starter Home".. They then proceeded to ask for a guarantor, their guarantor demands are outrageous, they want a UK home owner, if they rent they have to earn 30x our rent and 30x my guarantors rent this equals to over £85.000. THIS DOES NOT HELP ANY FIRST TIME RENTER AT ALL, the lady on the phone was rude and did not care at all that they were keeping our HARD EARNED deposit money. THANKS FOR PUTTING US BACK TO SQUARE ONE ! Hope your business does well scamming young couples off, enjoy my money. Kind regards, Isabella Hidalgo

GoogleHave tried to view several properties with them in the past four months and have only actually seen one. Each time, they’ve either forgotten to attend, cancelled or failed to pass on our offer. Wouldn’t consider a Romans marketed property again. Sellers, beware!

GoogleRental property. Great array of properties available through Romans. Clearly a leader in the market for number of properties being pumped through them. Agent response and feedback to queries however just not prompt enough for a business unit of your size and reputation.
