GoogleDo not let these people manage your property. My experience with them has been of constant errors, minimal care taken, and staggeringly poor communication. Having dealt with a few letting agents I can safely say that Romans is by a long distance the worst of an already questionable bunch.

GoogleCustomer care is non existent. The local agency lost the keys to our flat. The lack of communication puzzles me. Still waiting for jobs to be carried out, which where booked over a year ago!Nobody takes ownership for any problems! Very disappointed. As a tenant I really would not recommend!!!
