Needed to do some chasing as exchange of contracts approached, but I think that is the same with every single estate agent. Can't recommend Jacqui the mortgage lady enough, has set up several mortgages for us and is great at what she does.

The Roger Platt team helped me sell my property and despite the first buyer falling through they were able to turn things around and get a new buyer within a couple of days. After that, the team kept up good communication with me and helped get the sale completed ensuring that everything was going smoothly on the buyers side. Without them, I would have been blind to progress as the buyers solicitors didnt seem to want to communicate very well at all.

I cannot compliment the service I received from the Team at Roger Platt Maidenhead. From my first interaction with Connor the agent, & Jacquie the mortgage advisor, I felt in good hands and the service was great. However, the service received from Phillipa the Senior Sales progressor was exemplary. We were "stuck" in a conveyancing circle/lock, my exchange and completion date were at risk if it wasn't for her I would not be picking my keys up this week, she took complete accountability and ownership for issues which were not her role, completely above and beyond Thank you. I have very recently sold my property in Holyport and quickly rented a new property in Maidenhead using Roger Platt. Clearly it was a complex time in house sales as Liz challenged established economic thinking to the detriment of the economy. Will's experience and diplomacy got a tricky sale over the line. My house fell over on the back of a poor survey. Natalie found me a beautiful family property near the river the same day I saw her. We completed within a week in a very relaxed , amicable manner. I paid my fee but felt none of the "commisery" Purple Bricks predicted. I felt only thanks for a job well done and a prediction that old-fashioned values of honesty and professionalism will become more important in the coming months. In my journey I saw some good estate agents but i saw more bad ones. Roger Platt were very good and I think you need that in a complex market with more challenges.

After two years of looking for a house and dealing with inadequate, inexperienced and frustrating estate agents around the whole of Berkshire, it was a relief to finally have Roger Platt as our estate agent. Our house situation was complex, as my husband was an expat buyer, which no-one else seemed to understand or take seriously, but Roger Platt, especially, Petra and Phillipa- who are two angels- took us as a young couple seriously and offered advice and support throughout the whole process. Our solicitors (nothing to do with Roger Platt) were the worst, and almost lost us the sale of the house, and if were not for Petra and Phillipa helping us on the seller side and being prompt and patient with emails, we would have honestly lost the house. I cannot thank Roger Platt Maidenhead enough, we finally have a house because of them, and it was such a lovely team to work with. The thoughtful hamper full of treats for our new house once we completed the sale was such an amazing touch- and one which no other estate agents do! Would recommend them 100%- the staff are actually experienced in the process of buying and selling houses, and don't have teenagers working as their reps (not going to name names but if you are house-searching in Berkshire you know!). I can’t recommend Roger Platt highly enough. I use their services for many years now - starting from when I purchased my flat in Maidenhead. Since then I moved to abroad and they helped me to rent my flat and taking care of all the management related bits (making sure that I have all the certificates up to date, finding great tenants, etc.). They are super flexible and understanding. Always happy to help and advise. I have to say being far from the UK made me a bit nervous at first to rent out my place, but Roger Platt made the whole experience so much easier. I know that I don’t have to worry about a thing and my flat (management) is in good hands. A special shout-out to Hazel at Roger Platt Maidenhead for all her help and support :)
