GoogleI highly recommend Roger Platt, Maidenhead. Our recent experience meant we used the services of 4 estate agents, only the team at Roger Platt shone through. I believe marketing and getting offers on a property is the easy part, the difference is the amount of effort and assistance the agent is prepared to give from time of offer to exchange. Philippa worked relentlessly to get our sale across the line. Nothing was too much for her and she kept me sane through a very stressful time. When things go wrong or get more complex everyone needs a Philippa!

I dealt initially with Stuart Bock, who was responsive and professional and set everything up very fast - also Roger Platt have a very nifty platform where the seller can access and see when viewing are scheduled and how things are progressing. After sale agreed Philippa Scott took over and like Stuart she was the consumate professional, always responsive and helpful - I never felt left out of the loop at any time. I can thoroughly recommend Roger Platt, Burnham High Street if you are happy to be lied to, not communicated with, and generally left feeling that even though you are the fee paying client the buyer's needs will always be more important than any instructions you have given them. If this is not the service you are looking for then I would suggest you choose a different estate agent not in the Sequence Home group

GoogleThe process of buying and selling a property can be extremely stressful and time-consuming. The team at Roger Platt’s in Maidenhead take all that away from you with their ‘team’ attitude and nothing is too much of a problem for any of them whether directly involved in your property or not. The team there is diverse yet all staff seem to share the same traits of politeness, professionalism, efficiency and friendliness - there’s even a couple of wannabe jokers in there too. I have no hesitation in either using them again or recommending them to everyone. P.S.
