GoogleVery unprofessional service!!!They waste my time, petrol and money. Booked viewing with them for one property to found out after I have arrived and pay for parking that I am at completely different property. When I call them to say they have sent me wrong address their excuse was that the property I wanted view has let out and this one is similar. Can tell it is not! Will never go back. Glad I haven't rented out from them.

GoogleRoger Platt are the agents who sold us our recent house. They were very professional and patient throughout a very painful transaction! The staff were very flexible about viewings and helpful in finding us the correct type of property (without wasting our time on unsuitable ones). We have had issues with Roger Platt in the past, but through staffing changes (and presumably management style changes) they have become a significantly better estate agents.

Always found them professional, respectful and knowledgeable, easy to work with and were great with a problematic purchase. Selling took 4 days.
