Despite it being his first let, Andreas listened carefully to my preferences and took the right steps to get my property rented in a challenging market. His professionalism, friendly approach and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend!

GoogleIn my experience a company is only as good as the people it employs. In this particular case (sale of my property), I have to commend Nicholas Heath, who with his professionalism, and charming sense of humour, made the selling process, as pain free as possible. His communication skills are excellent and his positive and resolute attitude is a breath of fresh air. Thank you Nick!

GoogleWe dealt with RP in relation to a recent rental property. Jack Armstrong was a pleasure to work with. He was very organised and professional when making the arrangements for us. Most of all we appreciated his responsiveness and ability to keep us updated on progress as we were working to a tight deadline. I would recommend RP to others if you've not used them before!PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleMy friend and I recently let a property with Roger Platt and were delighted with the service! Jess who we dealt with was brilliant, professional and really pleasant. She gave us good property options (better than the other agents we signed up to), was really swift with actioning things from booking a viewing to contracts, and had great communication start to finish. I'd 100% use them again thanks to Jess!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAMAZING SERVICE. We had a house we were selling in Maidenhead and as we were unsure which agent to use we took on 4 agents to sell the property. I have to say Stewart from Roger Platt from the beginning was the best agent i have ever dealt with. He valued the property slightly lower than the other agents ( but put it on for the figure i wanted ) but his valuation was spot on and i would have saved a lot of time had i listened to him from the beginning. Soon as the correct figure was put on we had 3 offers in 7 days above the asking price. Stewart was reachable on his mobile at all hours of the day and night. Thank you very much Stewart and Roger Platt for a service i could only have hoped for. WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

GoogleI brought my first house in Cox Green through Paul many years ago, he was knowledgeable and very helpful with the many questions I had. He recommended Syed the mortgage advisor to me to see if he could help save me money rather than going direct to my bank. When meeting Syed he showed me different options and helped me save a lot of money. Three years later Grant and Nick have helped me sell that house and move to my dream home in Southampton and I cannot thank them both enough.

GoogleBoth my husband and I would like to express our sincere thanks to Petra Green for her sterling work on the sale of our flat. Words fail to express our gratitude for selling the flat so quickly , finding the right buyer as well as for seeing the sale through as expeditiously as possible.

GoogleVivian is a true professional, caring and understanding and worked tenaciously in order to assist me. If I could give 10 starts, I would! I would also like to add, from the few telephone interactions I had had with some of the rest of the staff that they have been polite and helpful. I could not recommend Roger Platt high enough!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleBought and sold through Roger Platt, it took a while but as they say everything happens for a reason. Would have been 3/4 stars but Philippa saved the day!!! Probably the most stressful thing I have experienced but Philippa was amazing and made it all happen. I actually don't think we would be selling and buying if it wasn't or her! Pay rise coming Philippa!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Philippa in particular was excellent - I suspect several times she went beyond her official duties and always behaved both professionally and in a friendly manner. She made a stressful and rather complicated transaction so much easier.

GoogleRoger Platt recently supported us with the sale of our house and made the whole process as smooth as can be. Philippa was brilliant, always friendly, timely with her responses and without her, I don't think things would have progressed as quickly as they did. Stuart is also fantastic, his honest advice was invaluable and very much appreciated during a stressful few weeks!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleOne of the easiest & most straightforward processes that I have had to complete considering the reward of a completely new home. Thank you to everyone involved at Roger Platt Maidenhead. Without the team none of this would have been made possible.
