We had a wonderful experience with Roger Platt. We are the first time buyer and didn't have any knowledge of buying the property and the mortgage. We had been to the few Estate Agents but not very welcoming and supportive. We found the Roger Platt online and saw the few properties. We contacted them and Jack Armstrong called me back. He was very friendly, professional and with lot of knowledge on this fields. He arranged the viewings and we liked one of them straight away. He arranged the appointments with the mortgage manager Chandni Rajora. She is wonderful and friendly. She explained us calmly everything about it.
