Would highly recommend Roger Platt to anyone looking to purchase or sell. I went back to Roger Platt to sell my property after I originally purchased it through them 10 years ago. Grant Smith was highly professional, informative & responsive at getting the property into the market swiftly. Shona Potts, Nick Heath, in fact the entire team all played their roles once the property was on the market arranging viewings, gathering feedback & carrying out viewings positively and efficiently always highly informative to perspective purchasers. Their platform allows you to track when viewings are booked, feedback and if viewings are cancelled they would always inform you in person with a phone call this is then followed up on their platform and via text so you're always informed and updated. Once the property sold which happened quickly Philippa Scott Senior Sales Progressor took over to ensure all in the chain was always updated, communication was delivered both highly professionally and promptly. I'd have no hesitation recommending Roger Platt and using them again in the future. I can't fault their service from beginning to end. Excellent and hard working team who care. Their market knowledge alongside their area knowledge is outstanding.

The team at Roger Platt Maidenhead were incredibly helpful during my search for my first home and during the stages following deciding on the property I wanted to buy. Out of all the estate agents I interacted with (and there were a lot!), they were by far the most professional and took the time to only show me homes that fitted my criteria. Shona and Philippa were always available to chat to and answer my questions (and there were several!) and they were also able to arrange additional viewings at my request. Jackie gave me incredible mortgage advice, especially during the uncertain economic times we were experiencing. I really felt like she cared and I wasn't just another name on her list of people to speak to. I can't thank the team enough and I look forward to working with them again one day.

Leah at Roger Platt has been amazing. Looking for a house isn't easy but her careful and considerate approach is by far the best support to date. Leah clearly understood what we are looking for and tailored her support accordingly, she always provided the right suggestions and made it a lot easier for us. She was always accessible and kept us in the loop where needed, viewings were productive and well prepared with 95% of our questions being addressed immediately. Antony and Elena have been wonderful throughout the renting process. From arranging the initial viewing to ensuring the keys are ready to collect, they have been nothing short of amazing! As a first time renter, I had a lot of questions to ask and they both were very understanding, polite and always quick to reply to my questions. We just get the keys yesterday for our new purchased property, unfortunately the Roger Platt from the beginning almost until the end of the process wasn't dealing good, we supposed to chase them a lot of time to get information, to forward our messages. In the beginning they wanted to force us to chose their advisor and solicitors, we didn't! After complaining to the manager they started to handle our case a bit better. However our agent PS she was good always, sometimes not available, I will say 80% it was okay. The only reason why I gived 4 star because in the end William put extra efforts for us to get the keys and we really appreciate, he doing a great job and good customer service!

I was trying to rent a property through Roger platt and my POC was Andreas and Ateeq. Intially everything was alright once i signed the contract they had informed me that landlord just changed their mind and does not want to proceed any further. As the move date was 5 days from then I called and explained them the urgency as i gave already paid them the rent for the first month. They were not at all concerned and gave me cold answers regarding my move. They were okay with everything before and later everything seems to be an issue. I’m spending a lot on hotels till i get my next home. On top of that they did not yet refund the amount yet. My money is stuck with them. When i requested for the amount they are just saying that they requested the accounts team. Disgusting service. I am searching for a house still and i seriously I dont recommend this agency even to my enemy. The property is still available online but they just wont proceed.
